Before leaving on my island vacation and also during shuttle drop off at the airport, I confirmed with Park and Jet that their lot would be plowed given the forecasted snowstorm. I was told it would be plowed and there would be helpers there with shovels if needed. Needless to say, when I returned to 12 inches of snow on the ground, it was not plowed properly nor were there people available to help. In fact, Donna the cashier stated that we should figure it out on our own. As luck would have it, a driver named Andre took it upon himself to see that we got out of there safely. Came back from vacation to having to call AAA to get our car out of the lot. Before we left the car we were reassured that given the impending snow the lot would be plowed and there would be staff to assist removing snow on and around our vehicle. when we returned, only a few rows were plowed. They started our row, but only went back a few car lengths and left all of the snow on the. middle of the aisle compoundlong the problem. The dropped us and our luggage off at the beginning of the row and the driver said he would return with adistance however that never happened. Booth worker Donna said "they will just have to figure it out ". Unlike the other people working ther, one kind gentleman Andre, saw us stuck and trying to move the ice and he assisted us and stayed with us until AAA with Andre's assistance were able to tow us out of the snow. Waited 47 minutes for a driver to pick us up at the terminal. They were rude and dismissive on the phone and did not provide accurate updates. During the time we waited, we saw just one other shuttle who passed us but was full. On the other hand saw other services pass by 5+ times. We have used Park & Jet for years, over the last couple of years we have noticed the service is dropping. Shuttles are looking warm, beaten down with check engine lights. The most recent shuttle had stitching coming off the chairs. We are also waiting longer and longer to pick up. Sad, as it used to have great service. read more

Calgary parj and jet they Don't appear to answer the phone, you can try the different extensions and voice box's full or unanswered. Did not want to open the drive through window as we pulled in to park so we could ask a question. They have refused to answer two emails, and although they sat they support EV parking and charging we have yet to get the barrel minimum to support our EV through extended parking with a service their website says they do. They did though get us to the airport so I guess there is that.... but their customer service and customer response time is way less then acceptable. Choose elsewhere read more

This lot is a total joke. Shuttles are broken down pieces of junk and they take over an hour to come and pick you up to take you back to the lot. All other shuttles had over 10 vehicles each showing up before we had even 1 show up, that told us it was too full and left us stranded again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'd give zero stars if I could. On our way home, I called immediately after picking up our luggage. The employee on the phone said he would be right over. I stood at Terminal E #4 for 35 minutes before they showed up. I told the driver it was 35 minute wait and he argued with me that it was not 35 minutes. I had the phone call I placed on my phone with the time so how could he tell me it was not 35 minutes. Then he got mad, when we decided not to tip him. Why should we tip him when we were stuck waiting for the shuttle for 35 minutes in the freezing cold with no explanation! Philly Park and Jet- AVOID!!!! One star was because the price was decent compared to other places, but now I know why. When we arrived there was a man in a shuttle and we knocked and he said it wasn't his shift. So we walked to the other shuttle, in the dark. Upon our return, I was hung up on when I called after 20 minutes of promising a pick up and told there was traffic, meanwhile a bunch of other shuttles looped serveral times. The shuttle was so gross when it arrived, ripped seats, the window broken blowing on my 6 year old, the whole ride there was a buzzing noise that when we stopped, the driver got out and shut the back door so yay, the door with all the luggage wasn't shut correctly. It's super easy to get to, park and the shuttle pulled up as we were locking up the vehicle. Took us to the airport after picking up a few more people. This is crazy, I got this place through groupons. Paid what they ask for, leave my vehicle. I come back from Aruba tired. They pick up from airport cool, everything alright. The driver drops me off, I tip him, it's time to leave. They are stopping at the gate talking about how I owe more for some bullst about reservations. They let me in, gave me a ticket, and now I have a bill out of nowhere. $17 and some change, it's not a lot, but where did it come from for what. I paid and rolled. I am surprised by all the negative reviews. I had a very positive experience with parking here! I used the Groupon app to get a discount. I added some time to what I needed on their website. You pull up, they give you a ticket to put in your window. A van service pulls up behind you and gives you a card with your parked location on it. When I flew back into Philadelphia, I called the number on the card and walked to Zone 4 outside. Dispatch picked up, I told them what terminal I was at, gave them my name,and a few minutes later a driver rolled up and we were off. She dropped me off at my car, I drove up to the exit, they scanned my discounted price, and I left satisfied! The only thing I can think of is it could use some lighting. It's a little dark. But that doesn't affect my overall experience. read more

Use the Parking Spot instead! Do not use this company!! I have used them about 5 times over the past couple years and each time the service has been getting worse on the return. Wait time is usually about an hour atleast. When you call, they ask your name but when the guy comes it's chaos and they take whomever argues the loudest or just gets on the bus while the drivers in the back without checking and they only run a couple busses so they clearly fill up quick. You can call the office all you want and they either don't answer or give and estimated time that's wrong but what are you really going to do? My last trip was atrocious between the drivers, company communication and some of the people that know they weren't there first but just don't give a crap which is where that list of names comes in handy. While waiting this last time for 1 to show, I counted 10 parking spot buses. Their price was similar from the one group on offered but the peace of mind is worth way more. read more

This company has severely gone down hill. We waited over an hour and a half to get taken to the airport. I called repeatedly for answers while we waited in the car to be picked up and they gave us excuse after excuse from there's only one vehicle working and the others are broken to the only driver on call decided to go on break on his own. We ended up having to call an Uber so we wouldn't miss our flight. On top of that when we arrived back home it took another 45 minutes to get picked up from the airport. While watching the other park and fly companies repeatedly send vehicles every few minutes! When the shuttle finally arrived, I had to pretty much demand for us to be taken to our car bc they were "full". Such a shame how bad this parking service has become. We used to use it all the time, but over the past couple of years it has just become too unreliable. Parking in this lot does not feel safe any longer. Lots of lights are out, and you can hardly get spots near the entrance anymore. Multiple times we have been told to park in the hotel parking, which is not secure. Once we had to park next to the street, which is not where you want to park a brand new luxury SUV for an entire week. Sometimes there is a delay to get a spot due to construction, or staffing issues, or a full lot. Not something you want to have happen when you are trying to make your flight. Then there's the pickup. We waited 45 minutes for a shuttle back to the lot. I called multiple times, after seeing Park N Jet shuttles flying by us while we sat in the cold with our kids and our luggage. The woman on the phone was extremely rude, and gave us a different excuse each time. "shuttle was full... driver needed to pick up a large group at the next stop... shuttle needed gas..." We are using Parking Spot now, and have had great experiences so far. Lucky for us, we had a lot of time to sit and watch how quickly Parking Spot customers were getting picked up while we waited 45 min for Park N Jet! read more

I was a bit worried since it was my first time using them and read a few negative reviews but the entire process was so smooth! I bought a Groupon for 7 days--I was still charged $17 something for fees and tax upon reserving online. I just wanted to mention that because Groupon is NOT cheaper than their normal online rates after the extra fees (I understand bc Groupon takes 50%) if you do not buy it on a promo and with an additional discount. So just make sure if you buy a Groupon you're doing so when they're running a deal AND have a discount code, otherwise just reserve online bc that's cheaper. Keep in mind that you need to make reservations at least 48 hours before the time you need your car parked. The shuttle immediately picked me up from my car as soon as I parked (Monday afternoon) and I was at the airport within minutes. I was concerned that there would be delay in picking me up since my flight arrived around 11:40 pm (Saturday) but the shuttle was there right as I stepped out of the terminal. The drivers were so friendly and pleasant, I felt safe despite traveling alone. Would 100% use them again! read more

Rude driver, name unknown (Jamaican decent W/dredlocks) said he couldn't lift 35lb bags and that was parknjet policy. I said okay no problem, get out the way so we can load everyone's bag. We proceeded to load all of our bags. He said he didn't like my attitude and it wasn't his fault my flight was cancelled . I told him obviously not but what do you do when the airport allows more than 35lbs for bags and an older lady or man needs their bags loaded? We went back and fourth in the middle of the street for pickup. He then proceeded to unload all the bags into the street that he claimed he couldn't load. I do take partial blame because our flight was cancelled for the following day and I was agitated. But the driver was lazy and rude. My father of 69yrs, mother of 74yrs, wife of 44yrs, daughter 16yrs and myself 44yrs of age loaded our own bags. But the driver who was clearly way bigger than all of us who said he couldn't load our bags, unloaded all of them into the street. The driver and I almost started to fight in the street which he replied I don't call the police. I find this situation to be very unprofessional and a very bad look for the ParkNJet Company as it happened in front of many passengers and onlookers from cancelled flights. I take this situation seriously as I hope ParkNJet does as well. This was not what we expected as a courtesy ride at all. The second driver eventually came around and loaded each and every bag with no complaints or talks of not loading bags over 35lbs. He was clearly a smaller gentleman and wore a mask. Sucked in by the Groupon offer. I don't use groupon so I was a little confused about all the steps to do after. When I arrived I didn't have a voucher to scan, pulled up my groupon and said Reedem voucher, which i did, but nothing to scan. The parking attendant said take a ticket and figure it out when you come back. So while away, I tried multiple times. Website wasn't working, etc. Arriving back to airport, multiple shuttles kept coming by for other companies. One finally came by and was full and said another driver was just behind him. After waiting another half hour, I called. waiting. Finally another driver, full. Waited another half hour or so before a driver picked us up. Driver couldn't understand English too well so communication was difficult with all the passengers. Finally get to car. It snowed and the parking lot wasn't even plowed. When i left the attendant was very helpful and I explained my Groupon issue and had screen shots of the website being down. She was helpful and honored the voucher number and was only charged a few dollars more for taxes. 3 star rating because the only thing good about this service was the driver that took us to airport, the service attendant who answered and and was very apologetic about our pickup delay, and the attendant who honored the groupon. (although this could have all been avoided if same attendant would have assisted with this upon drop off. Caused some undo stress worrying about paying astronomical fees when i could have paid same for the convenience of just parking at airport). Will use another service in future. read more

Don't use these guys!!! They have you park your car in the hotel parking lot not behind the "secured" gate. Which wouldn't matter since the lot isn't manned by anyone anyway. 2nd The guy at the hotel desk where you register (oh yeah the booths on the lot aren't available right now) doesn't even pay attention to what he rights down. When your transportation carries a jug of motor oil you know your not in the safest vehicle for personal transport. Spend your money with a parking lot that does it right. read more

Second time using ParkNJet and while our first experience was ok, our experience returning this time was a nightmare. Overall, you can tell that the lot suffers from neglect (potholes and loose gravel). However our shuttle had no air conditioning and we had to wait 1 hour for it to arrive at the terminal. Again, lack of maintenance. Our driver his frustration over this as well stating "they know what needs to be done ". While their prices were are good, poor service is never worth the discount. Needless to say we will be choosing another lot for our next trip. read more

We parked in this lot for one week. When we picked up our car, the windshield had a large crack. We could see that a car had exploded near where we were parked. We filled out an accident report. We were still charged for parking and had to pay our deductible and wiper blade replacement. We have contacted them about reimbursement for parking but no response. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. read more

Meanwhile, many shuttles going by for every service except Park and Jet. Another 35 minutes and still nothing although the crowd waiting continues to grow. I always had bad experiences with airport parking. Mainly because of bad customer service or lack of information provided by the company. I worked with a manager at the Philadelphia Location name Kier, and he changed my prospective. He was very helpful and made me very comfortable with knowing that my spot was secured, and I would be paying exactly what I expect to pay from drop off to pick up. If I wanted to spend that much time in the cold, I would have saved the $150 fricking dollars I spent staying at the Clarion with the parking, and parked at the airport lot. I have been parking here for years and I am finally fed up. It takes too long for the van to come to the airport and they only ever have one attendant / cashier at the exit. It just takes way too long to even get out of the parking lot, even when you have prepaid for parking. They spend no money on even paving the lot, so on most of the lot you are parking on stones. It is really fun to wheel a suitcase on a gravel parking lot. I have parked there for the last time. read more
