On Sunday, March 8, 2026, my wife, and I returned from a Caribbean Cruise. When we arrived at our Wally Park, Philadelphia International Airport, PA. parking location at 2 PM. We could not gain entry to our 2016 SUV. Luckily, the electronic FOB contained an internal key. Unfortunately, despite unlocking the door, we could not start the SUV. The SUV vehicle battery had been replaced 1-month before so it became apparent that the FOB batteries (2) were dead. I went to the parking lot office for assistance. The on-duty Supervisor Kendal Warren and her assistant opened their personal car FOBs to see if their FOB batteries would help. Unfortunately, they were not the same exact batteries and despite the effort they did not work. I was going to call a cab or an Uber to get to an auto parts store or a CVS store. The on-duty Supervisor Kendal Warren was so kind to offer to use her own personal car to take me to a local store. Her Assistant Supervisor covered the parking location. After 2- stops, we finally found a CVS store that had my exact FOB batteries. We returned to the Wally Park location and we were successful in starting our SUV! The on-duty Supervisor Kendal Warren went above and beyond to assist us in our time of need. She was a credit to the Wally Park organization. She was kind, empathetic and had a positive "think outside the box" approach to help us. Her exemplary customer service and outstanding "Can Do" attitude was incredible and should be recognized. I have been a Wally Park customer for over 20-years and will remain a loyal customer because this customer experience is consistent with my long-term experience there. read more

Upon arriving to pick up our vehicle after 3 day stay we found that a section of the fence surrounding the East lot had fallen on to our vehicle as well as the vehicle next to us. We spoke to mgr. on duty and filed a claim. We also took several pictures. The response from a claim company in California, Maarco & Associates denied our claim. They stated that "you parked and locked your own auto at the facility and, therefore, were in full control and possession of the vehicle." also "Per the posted sign and contract all patrons park and utilize the premises at their own risk." Wally park assumes no responsibility. They went on to say "the evidence shows that the damage your auto sustained resulted when an uncommon and extremely strong gust of wind impelled the fence against the hood of your Traverse." When we spoke with the mgr. , she stated there was no bad weather April 2-5 furthermore, in checking the Philadelphia local ABC stations weather for that weekend, it stated the same. Other than some rain, no major weather. We have used them several times. NEVER AGAIN! read more

We have been loyal customers of Wally Park since it opened. Unfortunately, after our most recent experience, we will no longer be using your services. We booked in advance and clearly stated our estimated return time as 6:30 PM. Due to an airline delay beyond our control, we didn't arrive until 8:30 PM -- just two hours later. Despite this, we were charged an additional $15. When we contacted customer service, we were told there is only a 15-minute grace period. We find this policy unreasonable, especially given how common travel delays are. For future customers, our strong suggestion is to pad your estimated return time by at least six hours to avoid unexpected fees. Wally Park has lost our business. We hope this feedback prompts you to reconsider your grace period policy for delayed travelers. read more

Awful. We paid for 3 full days of parking, as that is their policy, even though our car would only be parked there for 2 days and 11 hours. When our fight was delayed 2 hours and the WallyPark shuttle (4 full ones passed by us at the airport) delayed us another hour, we missed our return time by 3 hours. Although this was still well within the 3 days we paid for, we were still assessed an additional charge of $21.22, which is a 43% penalty compared to our original fee. It literally costs them NOTHING for our car to be there for 3 more hours of time we already paid for. Never, never again. This is a gotcha like none other. I've placed two calls in to their customer service line, to no avail so far. I promise I will update if they reverse the additional charge. Use a shuttle, zip-line, walk, hot-air balloon - anything but WallyPark. Wish there was a zero star rating. read more

You guys suck. waited 30 minutes for a pick up at peak times on a Saturday. Spot parking vans were circling like they were at a race track, no Wally van in sight. i'm not sure what happened to WallyPark in Philadelphia. The shuttle service used to be pretty quick. The last time I used silly I had to wait 20 minutes or more for a shuttle. Today I waited 20 minutes and then watched the full by and I'm still waiting. There's number to call to get a live person. It's utterly disgusting. Do not use this service. Waited 30 minutes for a shuttle after placing 2 phone calls to have one dispatched. Multiple shuttles from other services passed us. Will never use again. For the price they charge one would expect better service. read more

It's a fine representation of a parking facility. I would like to see some better signage, as no matter what side I try to park on, it's always the wrong side. The app and prepaid reservation make it easy. They have many shuttles running and we never wait long for one to pick us up. read more

20 minutes waiting for shuttle (btw pick-up option in the app doesn't work). Shuttle finally comes, but it is PACKED. I was standing on yellow line, I had the fun of having to get off the bus at every stop to let people off. Not only did I have the pleasure of being the last stop, I got an added few bonus minutes on the bus because the driver had to back down half of a row because there was on oncoming bus. Oh yeah and the app doesn't work for checkout! Had to search through emails for QR code to scan to get out.... after waiting in line at the one checkout lane! read more

Getting through the gate was very easy, pick up was quick and smooth, and my driver Tim was very friendly and helpful.

So Easy to use the App. Park, the shuttle comes right to you. When you arrive back at airport, a quick text and they are right there. I used to park at Wally Park often. After my experience on 7/22, I'll never park there again and would highly recommend no one else does either. After paying in advance for my parking, my flight was cancelled. I cannot get a person to respond, and the customer service line has been useless. I paid essentially $106 for 3 hours of parking. They refuse to answer any phone calls and address the issue, and their automated email address takes days to respond. They are using the Microsoft outage as an excuse, but yet American Airlines was able to address the issue in half of the time. read more

While searching for parking during my most recent trip, I discovered the long-term lot at PHL airport is closed. Unfortunately, I did not make a reservation at any parking lot because I was unaware. Luckily, WallyPark had a few spots available. We pulled up while I was completing the on-line form when the staff came to assist. They were friendly and ensured we all set up in the system and would just need our phone number to exit. Their shuttle came within a few minutes and got us to the airport promptly. As luck would have it, we waited less than a minute for the shuttle back to the car upon landing. It was literally driving by as we exited the airport. Can't say that is typical, but I was happy to see it. All told they were slightly more expensive than some of the other options, but not by much. Remember that you pay a total of taxes on airport parking. read more

I want to give GREG a HUGE shout out!! This man definitely deserves a raise. This was my first time parking at the airport. Everything went perfectly when arriving. When I landed, I accidentally got on the wrong shuttle and ended up in the wrong parking area. The company I accidentally went with took very long and were very unhelpful with the fact I was in the wrong location. They would not drive me back to the arrival area and told me to cross the highway to find my original shuttle. By the time this shuttle finally took me back to the airport (about 2 hours later)....(departures), I had called an Uber to my car. That's when I saw Greg with Wallypark (the RIGHT shuttle!!!) He was dropping someone off and I ran over with tears in my eyes begging him to take me to the right location. Not only did he immediately say yes, he had such an amazing positive and friendly attitude and helped me with my bag. Greg got me to my car in less than 5 minutes and personally put my bag in the trunk of my car. I'm so thankful for finding him who knows how much longer I would've been there!! There was a young lady on the van who got confused about where her car was - our driver TIM was incredibly patient and kind when dealing with the situation.
