I would rate this 0 stars but it's not a choice! They are criminal, I tried to do the right thing when my flight got cancelled and extend my reservation. Using my phone, I incorrectly hit the wrong day. To make a long story short, the Parking Spot is keeping over $300.00 extra dollars. They said I had one hour to cancel the reservation, but the reservation was already in progress and their app and web site provided no options to cancel or modify. DO NOT USE THE LOUSY SPOT TO PARK - they have no sense of decency and have horrible customer support. Seeing spots! Wound up at south parking lot B. What a disaster! Wound up with 2 screws in my tire and the gate was not functioning. The manager had to open the gate for each car in line. FINALLY all 8 of us were able to leave after about 45 minutes. The shuttle drops you off in the front and you have to walk to your vehicle. Such a JOY after landing with your luggage. I'm 5 and a half months pregnant and they made me wait for a second bus because, although there was room for US, there wasn't room for our one bag since the couple who got on before us had 6 bags. This is about the company policy not location. I've been using The Parking Spot North for several years with no issues. This past week my vehicle wouldn't start so I had to take an Uber. They would not refund the money even though I did not park there. Looking back they do state that on their policy. I don't trust any company with a no refund policy. Just got to the airport called for the shuttle to terminal E Frontier the young lady I spoke to said two shuttles on rotation and I had to wait. I paid extra for VIP. The addresses are so obscure. If you go to the wrong lot by mistake, they charge you extra if you choose to stay. I chose to stay because I was close to flight time. Then, I left earlier than I paid for and THEY STILL CHARGED ME the extra $25 for being in north instead of south. It wasn't even that much cheaper than parking at the actual airport. read more

I made a last minute reservation and found myself only able to book covered parking. I don't think I'll ever go back to uncovered parking. The shuttle from the terminal upon return home was timely. We were pleased when we parked and easily caught the shuttle. We returned a week later to find our car damaged by someone trying to force the door/ window open. The door wasn't closing fully, trim was broken and part of the frame. (We had nothing left in the car.) We tried to call for help at the gate, but at 11:45 pm no one answered! The following day we reached management. They said they didn't think their insurance covered vandalism. Our repair estimate is $1700!!! We sent pictures and repair estimate. We now find out security patrol is only 8 am-8pm. 20+ years parking at Colonial no problems. They are now Parking Spot. Find another service that secures the lot and accepts responsibility. Crazy prices. Parked there for a week, and the cost was more than my plane ticket. They did have a promo price which was competitive, but I didn't go through the right steps to get it (my mistake), and customer service refused to grant it to me after the fact. I've have been using this parking company on and off for the last seven years and the reason it has been on and off is, their service has gotten so awfully slow. While it is convenient to get dropped off right at your terminal, the pickup wait times can be absurdly long. They do not have enough vehicles out picking passengers up at peak times as I har been standing in groups of people more times than I can count waiting almost an hour for a shuttle. They used to be very good but the poor service and time it takes for me to get to and from the airport isn't worth it anymore. Try your luck but I'd rather pay twice as much and park at the airport. I think they are now called the parking Spot 2. They moved down the street to a better location with more spaces. I've used this company for many years and they have definitely improved. I find that using the app is most convenient. I make my reservation on the app, use the QR code when I get there, and use it again to check out. Makes it a lot easier. I'm not giving them five stars because I've had a couple of occasions where they were clearly overbooked. I initially used the valet service but now just use the covered self parking. When you pull in the employees direct you to the row where you can go to park. The shuttle is usually there waiting in or near the aisle to come pick you up. So there's very little waiting time once you've parked. They also have a lot of shuttles running so they're not driving around picking up other people. Upon my return Ive rarely waited more than 10 minutes for a shuttle to come around. This is where the app comes in handy again because you can see how far away is shuttle is. Make sure you keep the card they give you when you park so the driver knows where your car is. I've also rarely had a moment where the shuttle was full and I couldn't get on. This is a much cheaper option than parking at the airport and as a woman who travels alone I feel very safe. read more

She downloaded the app prior, checked us in, and bam! Here comes an employee to take and park her car. We then shuttled to the airport. Once back home - notified TPS of our arrival and bam! Do not book here! When we arrived to park our car the gate scan code wasn't working and the gate wouldn't open. I tried calling the number listed online for the place and couldn't get a person. Eventually a van driver pulled up and went through which reset the screen and we were able to scan in. Fast forward to us picking up our car, we had a flight that was delayed 4 hours and it was 10:40pm by the time we got our luggage and were waiting at the pick up spot that we were told to wait at. Van after van kept driving right on past us indicating that they were full. I called in and was told that we were in the right spot and another can would be coming. 6 more vans drove past us and one stopped just to tell us he was also full. 3 more phone calls and over an hour later we were finally picked up at 11:40pm. Actually used the South B lot. Had to wait over 20 minutes to get to the airport. Luckily I had allowed extra time. Nightmare began getting back home. Got back to car, loaded luggage pulled up to exit thingie, waved phone to read QR code and got an error message. Tried frantically maaaaany more times. Nothing. Help button called NO ONE. It's midnight. We are trapped behind barbed wire fence with no way out. We call phone number on google. NO ONE picks up We try to use credit card instead of QR code. No luck. Finally after 25 minutes of attempts of QR code and credit card, it finally lets us out. We will NEVER use them again and will tell this story to as many as we can. Horrible. Had reservation at Parking Spot North PHL on Aug 2nd for 6:30 am. Arrived at 6:32 and parked in uncovered parking way in the back of the lot. Waited 20 minutes for a shuttle. Saw 3 go by the covered area but none came to uncovered. Called their number and the attendant said someone was on the way. During this time 3 other people parked and were waiting. After another 10 minutes one of the other people tried to call but no one would answer. At the 35 minute point I called back but they answered and immediately hung up. There is a sign on the shuttle bus that implores passengers to be kind to drivers. Unfortunately that kindness is a one way street. I made the grave mistake of parking in row B instead of row C, as it was my first time using The Parking Spot and I got confused. A shuttle bus driver honked at me, with an incredulous look, and when I got out of my car berated me for making this mistake. No "hello" or "let me help you fix this". He was condescending and rude, in a situation where there was no harm or foul. For first timers, their system is fairly complex but manageable, and I saw two drivers ahead of me make mistakes. So be careful not to make a mistake or you will get the wrath of Dawit, the condescending shuttle bus driver!! If you find going to the airport stressful, and would like to add even more stress to your life, you should go with the Parking Spot. read more

We decided to use the parking spot for our extended parking at the Philadelphia international airport. Our outbound driver was very helpful carried our bags from the shuttle to the curb at drop off and he was tipped accordingly. Upon our return to Philadelphia our driver did not help us with our bags and seemed to be texting or otherwise occupied with his phone. Once we arrived at our vehicle I noticed significant damage to my driver side of the vehicle. At the exit booth I was told they are not responsible and if they were nothing that could be done. The person just shrugged off my issues. I am still attempting to get in contact with someone in management. They however have no problem charging me $90 for my troubles. read more

I was charged for never parking at the Essington location. When I was told by the corporate reprsentative to call the local lot at Essington, the "manager" was incredibly rude and nasty. He would not let me explain that it looked like the app screwed up, he kept cutting me off and yelling at me. I'm sorry if my issue was a big inconvenience to him!! Do your job, buddy!
