It's like she read my mind and knew the exact spots I really needed help with. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was this hard roller she used on my muscles. That hurt. But, I know I needed it because I was getting severe leg cramps in the middle of the night (from hiking and endurance training). She also got my pressure points in my head and massaged my scalp. Guess what.. I haven't a cramp or headache since!! She used hot towels throughout the experience, hot rocks and a warmer down my back when she did my legs because she knew my back needed extra work... she even used this oil that I swear is the best in the world! I paid for an extra 30 minutes because I just did NOT want to leave lol. Also, being that I am training for the Spartan race this year, I will be coming back as much as possible!
