Still hanging loose, vacuuming of carpet areas not done, windows need cleaned at entry doors, Cobb webs cleaned at entry areas, dead bugs cleaned up at entry ways & filters need changed monthly. Also windows in old school building will not open so if there is a fire you couldn't get out. Oh & the Asian beetles are out of control & we have been told nothing will be done about them. This complex is 20 yrs old. Not NEW where the others have been built recently In our area. Yes, Rent has increased everywhere. And it has increased $100.00 with no changes. Apartments are left empty for such long periods of time. Loss of rent equals rent increases to existing tenants. Positives: New office manager is kind. She does address problems when brought to her attention but upper management has her hands tied to do anything about most complaints.

This is a family owned/ family managed business so in-house charges will always be in favor of the company. I would be careful to rent from this business - if so document and REPORT EVERYTHING and do it all in writing. They do no track verbal commitments and regardless to what is verbally agreed to, unless you have it confirmed in writing your requests or the verbal agreement will not be honored. They were very nice to my husband, subpar to myself. Customer service is hit or miss. In light Ms Theresa was nice the entire time, but I'd already lost faith in the company to trust her interest in kindness. Good luck if you decide to work with them. Culturally diverse families - do expect additional cleaning charges at move out.

We bought an Ashley Cannonbrook sectional that was delivered in August 2024. Within about 100 days of normal family use, the seats were sagging, the cushions lost their shape, and one of the main seams ripped open so the inside material is exposed. This is not normal wear and tear for a new sectional. Furniture of Dalton submitted a claim to Ashley, but Ashley called it normal wear and tear and only offered filler and casings with no labor. After that, the store told me they could not do anything further to help. When I spoke with Terry Parmer, I did not feel like he was trying to find a solution. As a Client Relations Manager myself, the way this was handled felt very dismissive and focused on deflecting responsibility rather than taking care of a longtime customer. At this point I have had to go through my bank, BBB, and consumer protection just to try to get a fair resolution. All I am asking for is a refund and for them to pick up the defective sectional. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from Furniture of Dalton again.

The guys in the shipping department were also helpful and careful with our purchases. They have an outlet store that almost shares the same parking lot. Be sure to price check! Overall, this place has a lot going for it. I would recommend it for sure
