I don't even know where to start. From the very first time I walked in here, Dr. McClary and his staff were amazing. I was a Charleston Police Officer at the time and needed EXTENSIVE work done and he gave me an amazing price because my dental plan would not cover it all. I am so grateful for finding them. My teeth turned out amazing and it's been 7 years, no issues! I had to get 3 crowns and 3 veneers to fix a birth defect. THANK YOU! read more

My only concern was that never once did I meet the great doctor. I kind of felt like he is the Great Wizard froM OZ. All communications were presented to me by the staff and while I understand he is a busy person it would have been nice on my first time there with my daughter to have been introduced or a good old handshake and comforting hello. Now in his defense this isn't my daughter's first visit just mine with her as my husband has been a couple times with her and also as a patient. From experience of their visits it has been super easy and with no issues. I look forward to meeting him soon as a patient as well. read more

Well let's see , went in with tooth pain so they did get me in that was good , next stop insurance check? not in network but you can get reimbursed no problem!!! Yea right got stuck with the entire bill (needed prior approval) not cool y'all!! So on to the dentist had an infection but was heavily pressured by the staff to go ahead and get my tooth pulled today!! Hmmm.. not the best decision for sure I felt everything!! The pain was excruciating and no offer for more numbing agent just told to stay calm and it was just the infection!! Took over 10 days for the pain to subside please pleas be careful if you go here and be smart if your tooth is infected it's always better to wait it out than to go thru that kind of pain!! read more

Since I was a child, my father was on target about two physical concerns: the feet and the teeth. So far my feet are holding (me) up, but I have had major issues trying to keep my teeth from exiting my mouth. After moving from PA to SC, I tried several dentists. Having found Dr. Mc Clary, I feel so blessed. He is caring and has turned my aged mouth into one that is cosmetically pleasing and truly functional. History

Established in 1974.

This practice boasts patients that we have seen grow through the years from parent to grandparent and we treat the third generation of some of these long standing patients. Around eight years ago, Dr. McClary took over this practice and his chair side manner is a further testament to the quality of care still provided here. We treat people, not teeth.

Meet the Business Owner: Scott M.

Scott N. McClary, DMD graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina with a Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry. He attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN for his undergraduate studies where he graduated with a B.S. Dr. McClary grew up in South Carolina and has been surrounded by dentistry his entire life, thanks to his father, a highly regarded orthodontist in South Carolina. Dr. McClary loves to spend time with his wife Lauren and their 2 children. He enjoys the outdoors, fishing, travel and attending his children's athletic activities. He and his wife are both life-long members of the Episcopal Church.

So why am I speaking out now? Well, I was wrong when I initially thought my skin was worse than ever. I spent thousands of dollars and waited 2 years to see results. My skin never improved, in fact I am pretty sure in the last couple of weeks I have reached the pinnacle of disgust with the state of my skin. I am crying as I write this and I thought maybe after spending $3000 + at this business, there might be something they would be willing to do. Also, I happened to have an interview for a position at Koniver Wellness last month and I was told that the owner was a kind person. I thought that maybe that was a sign and reaching out can't hurt. All I can ask is if there might be SOMETHING they would want to do to remedy the situation. I sent them basically the same message as I have written above and they actually did respond asking if I wanted to come in .... almost a month ago. I said I would like to. I have not heard back since. My diet has not changed. My health is good. I get every acne product that aestheticians suggests and facials from other facilities all the time. I do EVERYTHING I can to take care of my skin. This successful business took over $3000 dollars from me and now has stopped responding to me.... Below is what I look like now.
