I've been to many dentists over the years and I'll keep coming here even though I'm now 45 min away. Theyre very friendly, honest (and don't try to sell you on expensive stuff you don't need), ad will spend as much time as needed to carefully ensure things are done right. I've also never waited more than a few minutes in the waiting room to be seen. read more

As an uninsured client going in for a routine cleaning I was given a treatment plan for $5800.00 from Stono which included 3 crowns. This surprised me because a previous dentist from a year ago had not seen any issues. I had a second opinion at a very reputable dentist in Beaufort and the total was $200 for one composite that needs to occur with a chipped tooth. No crowns required but a new (more thorough) cleaning has been scheduled with the Beaufort dentist. Don't fall for the $100 cleaning and X-ray postcard - especially if uninsured. read more

I have been to many dentists over my lifetime. These visits were mostly due to the repair and correction of a traumatic injury involving several of my front teeth when I was 12 years old. Dr Game is at the top of his field. He is knowledgeable, skilled, and personable. His entire staff is professional and friendly. I have always had positive experiences with this office. I am 60 years old and have had a lifelong claustrophobic fear of dentists. I visited Stono Care last year and Dr Game was so soft spoken and caring , I felt immediately comfortable. I went back today and I did not have any anxiety at all. His staff is extremely friendly and professional. The front desk is so friendly (Thank you so much for your help, Stephanie!) The office was immaculately clean and they take your temperature before entering. You are not allowed in without a mask. No Nonsense!! I wish I had asked the name for the dental assistant I had today because she was amazing. I am so happy I found Dr Game, I will never feel anxious again about going to his office. read more

I recently moved to Charleston and desperately needed an overdue teeth cleaning! Im so pleased with my visit with stono dental care!! From the very first call, the receptionist was so sweet and patient while scheduling for me. My dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and honest, same with Dr. Andy! The new patient package for $99 includes: xrays, exam, and cleaning so not breaking the bank. Absolutely way too expensive. Yesterday I went in for a single tooth filling. I was in the dental chair for about 40 minutes. I spent about 15 minutes with the dentist Dr. Games. I was charged $397. When I went to pay the bill the receptionist said "it's only $397". I was charged $79 for the dentist to tell me "Yes you need a filling". The additional $318 was for the filling. I blame myself as I had my doubts about this office when I was charged $265 for a 1/2 hour cleaning in the past. I will be looking for a new dentist. read more

I scheduled my initial appointment online by email since I was working and couldn't call, and did all of my initial paperwork all online. Breiana emailed me back very quickly. She was so friendly and made the process very easy. Everyone that I've dealt with there (been there twice now) has been super nice. They are really on the ball!!! I cannot say enough about this practice! At the beginning of 2020 I was dealing with some severe tooth pain from a fractured molar, they saw me immediately on the same day and provided me with pain management that I needed, and they were able to fit me in for a procedure the next day! After this experience, I stuck with them for all of my general dentistry, and they have been amazing!! The staff is always so friendly!! Truly so grateful this place is so close to me! Stephanie and Breiana at the front desk are always SO helpful and genuine!! The hygienist staff always keeps a pleasant conversation going. I was looking for a new dentist and had my first appointment on Monday. The office environment is warm and welcoming. I was greeted warmly by front staff. Katherine the hygienist did a very thorough assessment, the dentist was also very thorough in his review of my xrays and we discussed a treatment plan - unfortunately i had a few problems, however i know i will be in excellent hands having them addressed ! The checkout process went well & I am so sorry I forget her name , but she reviewed my coverage and cost of visits with me - she was wonderful! Dr. Game was wonderful! He made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. I am always nervous when I am at the dentist, but I was at ease the entire time I was there. His staff was also very friendly! The office just opened and Dr. Game has all of the latest technology!! I just went back today for a follow up and saw they now have mini tablets for kids in the kids room. They already had books, games, puzzles and an adorable kids waiting room! Now I am going to book my twin toddlers for their first dental visit! I really enjoyed watching TV while my dental work was being done. The hygienist even gave me a neck rest in the chair- it was the most comfortable dental visit I have ever had! What a great location too- easy parking!
