Check-in was smooth and they accepted Delta Dental insurance. Everyone was very welcoming from the receptionist, to the dental assistant (Lovely), to the dentists (Dr. Esther and Dr. John), and to the hygienist (Tabitha) who cleaned my teeth. I felt very at home and loved that played Christian music and even had on Christian tv shows on in the rooms. They have very up to date equipment and technology, including mobile x-rays of your teeth that they can do on you in your room instead of having to go to the x-ray room (however they did both for me this visit). Dr. Esther addressed all issues I had with my teeth and reassured me of everything. This was overall a great experience and I look forward to being a long-term patient! Representatives are extremely friendly and helpful and are always willing to answer questions. My medical assistant who took vitals and inserted the IV was super personable and gentle, as well as the girl who was being trained. The anesthesiologist and doctor were both friendly as well. The financing options and pricing are beyond great. Procedure only took about 30-45 minutes and I only experienced pain for the first few hours after surgery. I have since felt great. Front desk girl was super sweet and the facility was extremely clean. I really wish I had gotten some names to thank them all, but I had forgotten before they put me to sleep. Thank you guys so much!
