Management is not professional. They will take weeks to get back to you. Don't bother doing referrals for them.

Apartments are good size, but they are old, this is the only good thing to say about the place…read more Management only cares about money, not the residents. I didn't have heat for 2 1/2 months during this past winter which was the worse in 5 years. Management couldn't care less, I asked for compensation, they told me that it was repaired in a timely manner, which was 2 weeks after my last call to complain when they posted that the unit was going to be on back order for another 6 weeks in addition to the 2 months that I had already waited for the repair. Communication is very lacking! They forced me into paying for Xfinity, even though I already had Verizon Fios and wasn't given an option, they add the cost to your rent. Laundry rooms always smell like urine, electric cords for washers are laying in puddles of water behind the machines. Walkways had snow and ice for weeks before getting cleared, couldn't safely walk my dog this past winter without slipping on the ice. Every chance they get, they will tack something else onto your rent, mid lease, no warnings. Floors creak with every step the upstairs neighbor walks around. Community rules don't apply to all residents, some were allowed to use grills, while the majority of residents are not allowed, management could care less when it was brought to their attention. Some residents use their patios as storage making the community look trashy, maintenance doesn't empty trash cans around the complex walking areas unless you put in a request for them to empty it when they smell of dog feces and trash. The dog park is full of ruts and holes from other residents allowing their pets to dig, it's unsafe for people and pets. You're better off spending $2000 rent elsewhere with better amenities and management that cares. I don't recommend the crossings if you're an older adult downsizing or for families.

I feeling living here seems 2015 and if you were looking for a nice rental unit that is nice size…read moresquare footage life Timber Ridge offers three bedroom two and a half bath units some have fireplaces two bedroom one and a half past units. Some of the units have been upgraded as far as kitchens and bathrooms and luxury vinyl plank flooring and now they are working on the outside of the building putting in new windows Doors shutters don't get me wrong they always kept the outsides of the buildings and grounds and excellent condition but the owners of this complex really put money back into their property. Releasing agent George is always very friendly very prompt on getting back to you with problems or questions and the team George has as far as the guys that come in and fix things or top notch they are always very friendly very personable they know how to talk and get the job done at the same time in a prompt manner. A few years ago we woke up Christmas morning and had to call an emergency maintenance guy to come in I fixed the heater that was out. He was here in about 20 minutes again Christmas morning with a smile on his face and his friendly as he can be and I feel horrible that I even had to call everybody should be home with their families on Christmas. The complex is usually on the quiet side both the two bedroom and three bedroom units are upstairs and downstairs and have washers and dryers in each unit . on March 9th I woke up to find my partner had passed away in the laundry room and he had pulled some pipes down I guess as he was having his heart attack he was trying to grab onto things and put some pipes down. I called George a few days later and he couldn't have been nicer I couldn't have been more considerate of my loss he said one of the maintenance man right over as priority of him to get the things fixed. So what I'm getting at is I have lived here for 8 years and George became leasing agent around the same time and like I said he runs this place and make sure things get done and it's not like he has to stay on the maintenance guys they work very hard and I don't know what to get paid but they deserve a lot more they are always working their butts off. So if you are looking for a rental property in the Lindenwold Clementine even further out I would highly recommend Timber Ridge townhouses for the price inside of the rooms and the bedrooms you're not going to find another complex that keeps up with their units their maintenance and their grounds. one more thing that you can't teach people is how to be nice and considerate and even the neighbors with my loss had brought food over they are nice they always stop and say hello and you don't always get that in rental properties the property I lived in before this after I sold my house after 30 years the people with me when look at you let alone talk to you so when I moved there everybody is just nice to everybody so check out Timber Ridge townhouses on West Park Avenue in Lindenwold it's worth the trip

In my 20 years of renting privately and in complexes like Madison Court, I have never had a better experience. From management to maintenance to neighbors. I lived here for 4 years. Madison Court is a smaller complex compared to others. So it has a great sense of community. My unit was a 1 bedroom apt. Open floor plan. The bathroom was quite larger than I was expecting. Plenty of closet space. Not too much counter space in the kitchen, but I never found it to be troublesome. I read reviews that mentioned thin walls. I personally never experienced that problem. Aside from the normal apt noise. If your neighbor is arguing loudly, yeah you can hear. Are they having friends over and music is loud, sure you can hear that. But I'm an understanding guy. If you're not, you might complain of "thin walls". But I didn't once in four years. There are plenty of households with children. This was never a problem. Never too loud. Never mischievous. My final compliment goes to Lorraine and the other office/maintenance personnel. Incredibly friendly. Like, incredibly. Above and beyond. Understanding and caring team. They listen to your issues so they can work to resolve them. They don't blow you off or pretend that such an issue could never happen. Usually instant respond times. Problems were always fixed, not rigged to just break later. With the pricing, area, layout, and most of all the management team I HIGHLY recommend Madison Court Apts to every one looking for a great comfortable place to call home.

I had to scrub the walls in his bedroom to remove a brown liquid that had dripped down the wall and had hardened. The kitchen was sticky...I was glad that I was not living there. When removal and service were requested, the requests were ignored. My son cleaned up the yard a little until he got Poison Ivy! After my son moved out, Young Realty charged exorbitant fines for garbage removal and $650 for a deep cleaning! Thats ridiculous!! My son left repeated messages at the realty office, most of which went unanswered. I wish that I could give them a negative rating!!

I couldn't move in until after 2 weeks because I didn't have running water and the AC unit didn't work. On top of that I went without hot water until November 2024 and was told that I still had to pay rent and that the astronomical utility bills that were caused by the underground leak and broken water heater was my responsibility. Although they ended up crediting me for a couple months of rent, I shelled out almost $4k in utility bills for barely 2 months of service. Despite the multiple conversations that I've had with the electric company and them telling me the home is surging electricity and me complaining about my power going out multiple times a week since August 2024, they won't inspect the wiring. So I'm stuck dealing with an electric bill consistently over $1k a month for a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom townhouse that's barely 1,100 square feet. No accommodations were offered to me and my children. We had to shower in cold water while it was cold outside. Made to boil water to wash dishes. I decided to rent this house partly because of fenced in yard, which they decided not to repair the fence when a tree limb fell on part of the fence, but instead tear it down leaving the deck and the outside storage closet exposed to whomever wants to go behind the property and onto the deck. I'm a single mother with a daughter and son. It's been a complete mess and I can't wait until my lease ends! There's so much more but I'm tired of this company.

We were still living there at the time, so I took it down until we could move back and retain our security deposit.*** Where to begin... First: Just say no to Candlebrook property management. My boyfriend and I moved into this apartment in May '15, as we relocated from Ohio. The apartment complex is centrally located, with ease to restaurants, shopping and the expressway. One month into the lease the aesthetics of the outside of the apartment were nothing to be desired. Standing stinky water, sinkholes and ruined grass appeared gradually. Caution tape was strewn about the outside which helps as we had to dodge the goose poop that was never cleaned up. Now to the inside: We did not had cold water in our bathroom sink since MAY. When we call to get it fixed, the maintenance staff says they can't do it...we just found out today that we have to go through the buildings contractor, which is owned by the property management company. Lining their own pockets while providing awful work. The kitchen sink pipes continually become loose. We will come home from work to random puddles of water and food from the garbage disposal on the floor. Because of the constant leaks, the "hardwood floors" or the stickers that look like hardwood are lifting and warping. We have called seven times to have this fixed in the course of six months. The dishwasher was inappropriately hooked up, which caused issues with the unit appropriately washing and drying the dishes. We called maintenance because there are animals inside the walls. I know it sounds crazy, but the maintenance department said it happens and put traps up on the outside of the apartment. It did not help, we can hear something scratching in the walls late night, and the trap is still unoccupied. Our HVAC unit caught on FIRE. We turned on our heat for the first time, and about 45 minutes after we went to bed, the entire apartment was filled with smoke and fumes. We were provided space heaters for 3 days as they replaced the unit. The maintenance worker informed us that the unit had not been properly cared for in YEARS. The apartment still has an odor of fumes. I called about the floors, sink, and to get a log of the number of times the sink needed to be fixed and they have exactly 1 call logged. 1 single call about having no heat. AND the call wasn't about no heat...it was a fire! Good thing I kept track of all the requests. If I could give zero stars, I would!

Satisfied customers almost never leave reviews unless incentivized to do so. I, for one, have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Kingswick, and have only ever had pleasant experiences with both the office AND maintenance staff. The application process was simple, quick, and Joan at the office was very responsive to all of the questions I had (there were a lot). We had some issues where our air wasn't working too well, and within the week we had maintenance out up in the attic repairing the issue. It is an older complex, that is without a doubt. There will be issues, but every experience I've had thus far has been handled well. I'll certainly be renewing in the coming months.

Tenants are expected to pay rent on time, follow the rules, and be respectful neighbors--but that same level of responsibility and urgency is not being shown by management. One tenant was without the use of her shower for more than three weeks due to a hot water heater issue. She is a cancer survivor and was unable to shower in her own apartment before and after treatments because management failed to provide a timely resolution. That lack of urgency is unacceptable. Now, another tenant is dealing with black mold in their apartment, and management is reportedly dismissing the concern by saying it is "not that serious," "poses no threat," and that testing "is a process." Mold concerns should never be minimized, especially when people's health and safety may be at risk. This is not how tenants should be treated. Good, hardworking residents should not have to fight to have basic living conditions addressed. Management has a responsibility to respond promptly, take tenant concerns seriously, and ensure that every resident has a safe and habitable home. Tenants are held accountable every month. Management should be held accountable, too.
