Avoid. Not the deal it looks to be. Shabby interiors, worn furniture with cracked upholstery, and worst of all hairs on the bed sheets. The front desk staff moved me to a new room, but the new room had hairs on the sheets as well! An exasperated employee finally pulled clean linens from housekeeping in an attempt to prove to me that the hotel's linens are clean, but we found hairs on those supposedly clean linens as well! There is clearly a problem with the way the hotel does its washing. As a result, I was forced to stay at another hotel. Park Grand gave me an email address to write to in order to obtain a refund, because I had prepaid, but the manager to whom I was referred, one Apurv Singh, did not reply to two emails. I then tried to obtain a refund through Orbitz, but the front desk falsely told Orbtiz that I had been offered a room in an affiliated hotel. Note also that there is no shuttle from the airport to this hotel, and that the directions to the hotel from Heathrow as listed on the hotel website are inaccurate. read more
