Several staff members also came across with a surprisingly rude or dismissive attitude. Even simple questions felt like an interruption, which doesn't inspire much confidence. On top of that, a few of the teachers seemed low-energy and disengaged, which made the classes feel flat and not particularly motivating for the kids. The facility is not clean either and some days there's a noticeable smell in the building that makes the space less inviting. Overall, the experience just didn't match the expectations we had going in. I hope they improve the staff culture, energy level, and overall organization, because the potential is there -- but right now, it's not somewhere I'd recommend.

Her staff, Reese and Brooklyn, were wonderful and very good with the kids and parents. The facility is clean, safe, and really fun. The area in the back is spacious and extremely functional for parties. There is a fridge and freezer for party needs and two large tables and 4 benches for parties. Lots of counter spaces and additional benches along the walls with small round tables and little stools for more seating. Lots of cute decor already up for birthdays if you don't have anything. Will definitely consider this place again for future parties and highly recommend this place for gymnastics classes and parties!

The adult drop in class packages work best for me and I've been consistently attending Sam (primarily silks and lyra) and Megan's (trapeze) classes. I called the front desk to make my initial purchase because there were so many options, I couldn't decide what I wanted based on my schedule. Fortunately, Janelle (front desk) was very patient and helpful, and I ended up getting the 10 class pack. When I got there, it was a bit intimidating because I was more used to smaller studios, but everyone here was so nice. Janell also made sure to check on me to see if I was doing ok when I took my first class. The other students and teachers were very welcoming and supportive to check out other classes, which is how I ended up with taking two classes back to back at-least once a week instead of just one class. In regards to the teachers, "great" would be such an understatement. I love Sam's class because even though it's primarily silks, they'll put one other apparatus (hoop mainly, and recently flying pole!) for us to try out-so it's more than just one apparatus in this one class. I also really like that they'll give us challenging *enough* moves because it's so satisfying to execute steps after struggling so much for it. I also love Megan's trapeze class because she's very flexible with our experiences. This pace is great for me because I don't have alot of experience with trapeze and the ropes on it feel so different from silks! Nikki and Zi have substituted for their classes and they're both amazing as well. I'd highly recommend taking classes here. It's a fun and challenging workout compared to a regular gym...I also love that it's spacious too!

They offer a variety of classes for multiple age groups, open gym hours, and more. I would do some research ahead of time matching your kiddos age ranges with the weekly schedule ~ our drop-in was around $20. I'm sure there are monthly rates and/or memberships, but we wanted to check it out first to see what the gym entailed. The staff is incredible nice, the families/kiddos who come are great, and I appreciate the open space format conducive to safe exploration and play. There does have to be a guardian present at all times, or at least for our time slot there does :) Equipment-wise, we were very impressed. This is most def a super-elevated Gymboree (or for us, the next step!). I'm not a gymnast so not sure the technical terms for the equipment, but from our fist time I noticed the open mat, climbing blocks, trampoline, foam pit, mini balance beams, rings, and more. For the kiddos, they get stamps at the end of the hour long sesh and fun music is played throughout. A trainer is present too. Overall, we will def come back again soon. There is safe parking adjacent to the building, and can't beat grabbing a few items/gas/snacks at Costco before or after class. Happy we have a space in the East Bay like this. Bravo!

They're athletic and excel in several other sports, but they didn't progress In gymnastics at USC. Two years ago I canceled their enrollment at USC. They loved gymnastics but I couldn't justify the expense at USC when they weren't learning. Then one of my daughters recently expressed a renewed interest and was teaching herself skills by watching youtube videos - videos that were better than the instruction at USC. I found a nearby gym where she is thriving and developing now. The instruction is far better. I threw away money at USC.

It's taken a while but you can see a difference, throughout the facility. There could still be some improvements, none of which are dealbreakers. And no place out there is perfect.
