The storms of the week of February 4th, 2025, packed a wallop in Santa Rosa. The heavy rains were a massive test of the quality of engineering skills and deployment for our new drainage systems. The French drain, downspout connections, sump pump, and driveway drainage channel passed with flying colors! At the highest level of the storm, the sump pump extracted water from the collection container every thirty seconds! Even after the rains had stopped, the groundwater from the French drains was still being pumped out. We are relieved and grateful to see the work performed in early January 2025 by Park Landscape Maintenance has prevented water intrusion into our home. Hands down best landscaper in town! Richie, Ryan, and the team at Park Landscape hit it out of the park. We recently moved into a new home and needed the front yard landscaped. The existing lawn was covered in weeds and roots from a large tree. We called Richie to get some ideas of how to fix the problem. He gave us a couple options at different price points. We decided to re-do the landscape to be more drought tolerant and low maintenance. I gave Richie a couple ideas I had and let him run with it - And run with it he did! He nailed exactly what i was imagining. Richie provided us with a blueprint of what he was thinking, samples of materials along with photos of all the plants he recommended. It was a pretty in depth project that included the landscaping, tree removal, stump grinding, excavating, irrigation, and low-voltage up lighting. Richie was very knowledgeable in all areas and upfront with everything from the very beginning. Once scheduled, the crew showed up on time, answered all my questions, they were respectful of our property and the neighbors, and they finished ahead of schedule. Lowest bid out of 3, but I had contacted them originally because they did such an amazing job on a neighbor's lawn, installing underground drip irrigation and really made it look great. Our need was to transform a dead patch of lawn at a rental unit into a sustainable low water landscape.. beautiful work, completed ahead of schedule and for less than the original agreed upon price! (there were some pieces of the puzzle in place which meant less work needed to be done, a less honest contractor could have just billed me the original price, I would have been none the wiser) Family business, 3 generations of local knowledge...
