I visited this bowling alley with my two children (8 & 12). They put me two lanes down from 6 adult bowlers that were drinking. The rest of the bowling alley was empty. The adult bowlers were using racial slurs, and vulgar language. One man told the other man "if you get a strike I'll let you see (his girlfriend's) p***y" -- it was rather embarrassing. I was going to book my child's birthday party here for later in the month but not after this experience. It used to be a very clean place. I'm not sure what happened but whomever is doing the cleaning is doing a horrible job. I'm guessing that a change occurred in the janitorial staff. If that's the case, get the old people back. The new ones don't know how to clean. read more

10/10 Very nice lanes. Staff was really pleasant to talk to super nice people! Food was really cheap and pretty decent. Bowling prices are really good when you buy the VIB card. Will totally come back!! read more

The customer service was great. We were here at 1 pm on a sunny Saturday and had the whole place to ourselves. In the summertime kids bowl free. Only cost us show rental. Pool tables is 7/hr. read more

Booked a party for my daughter and to our surprise upon arriving to learn that we our sharing the party room. Contacted so called owner/management at the desk and he was rude and walked away. He informed me that the website and my paper says we would share a room. Well asshole it doesn't. And I don't know what paper you're talking about because I booked over the phone. Called today to let them know indeed the website doesn't say this. The words that were coming out of this mans mouth is absolutely horrible. As a paying customer of a birthday party of over 200$ you would think that he would make things right. The nasty man had the nerve to tell me that I wouldn't be allowed back in his facility. Employees were nice and restrooms were clean. Sunday they have a good deal...$7 a person then .25c a game, shoes rental, sodas and hotdogs. They could use some more arcade games and an ATM. read more

I have noticed the most recent review on this thread was in 2018 and other reviews covered the period from 2013 through 2018. Since then, things have changed including new ownership and management which came in 2019. Although I bowl at this facility, I am not an employee. If you have not been at this House in awhile, i think you will be very happy with the folks who run the Center now and provide customer service from the Snack Bar, to the Pro Shop to the Front Desk. Please give these "new people" a chance. They are not responsible for what might have happened before they came. No business is going to be completely perfect. At Park Lanes, they are striving to provide a great place of sports and entertainment in the community for young and old alike. Came here to have fun, eat food and enjoy the night..instead very rude customer service at the counter..come for glow bowl I understand first come first serve but when you have patrons coming to eat and spend hard earned money put them on a list. My family and I visited park lanes on 01/18/2019 for my birthday and was very unsatisfied with the customer service at the food counter, The workers were very rude, the lady that was cooking on the grill kept saying stuff out loud for everyone to hear like "they need to call last call this is ridiculous" she was taking things off the menu because she didn't feel like making them and she made that clear, my cousin had an over $80 food order and she starting freaking out. I ordered chicken fingers and I got a couple nugget crumbles that looked like they came out the bottom of the bad, my nephew ordered wings and got what looked like a half of a bottle of BBQ sauce over them and it leaked threw the paper bowl they were in, I get it gets hectic I myself am in food service, but you never let the customers see that. it looked very unprofessional! we spent a lot of money that night to have crappy service and crappy food. read more

Saturday 11/19/2016 we were at Park Lanes for a birthday bowling party. My 10 year old and her friend put $1.00 worth of quarters into a ride and it never worked. They tried to get the manager's attention at the front desk. After they were ignored, they came to me. I went up there and told the Manager what had happened. She was rude in her tone and said it took 50 cents. I told her the girls had put a dollar in quarters in the machine so it should have worked. Again in a rude tone she said she wold give me the dollar back. I told her I didn't give a S&%t about the dollar I just wanted to make her aware that the machine wasn't working. She responded, "well you don't have to be such a Bitch." I was rather suprised and gave her an opportunity to apogize by saying "did you just call me what I thought you called me?" and she said "yes I did". 10 year old and her friend were also very taken aback. She continued to say "if I had a problem with her I could take it up with Jim tomorrow". By that statement I get the feeling that would do no good. SO, if you want to go somewhere that the MGR feels its o.k. to call you a Bitch by all means go. read more
