I had high hopes. I understand bringing a new business and not everyone knowing what you offer. But when a sign advertising 30% off Dry cleaning and Alterations is hung in front of your business and you don't offer alterations that just seems like false advertising. I was told they can only do hemming of jeans. I only wanted a 1 inch hem on a jumpsuit which is very simple too. I was told by one worker to come back in the morning because the woman who could help me would be working. I walked in the next day to a gentleman who wasn't all that friendly from the beginning and then continue to call his boss and say that he had an unhappy Customer, and that the person who worked last night Told her to come back today for alterations and to be helped. Then was told basically nothing because I said I would just find another place to go. The woman who worked the night before was very friendly and helpful while this gentleman just said no we don't do that. read more

Although the young man working was pleasant enough, all of my clothes came back smelling like men's cologne.... it is the most bizarre thing. Like, very musty cologne... It could not have been a better experience. I went in to get 4 pairs of jeans hemmed and a shirt cleaned and pressed. They have a great little fitting room on the side, step in, step out, they pin the clothes and I was out of there in no time. Check your clothing when you pick it up from dry cleaning. I noticed at home that the 2 rhinestone brooch decorations at the straps were missing from my dress. They had cut them off without discussing it with me and then didn't put them back on! I guess they were hoping I didn't notice? They did end up finding them and sewing them back o (one is a little off but good enough) but clothing should not be altered without the customer's permission. They said the dress couldn't be dry cleaned with the accessories attached but this should have been explained to me at drop off. I had to drive over three times and couldn't wear the dress for my special occasion and the dry cleaning was expensive. No one ever apologized and they acted like they did me favor by correcting their mistake. So disappointing read more

I called them today because I was in such an emergency. I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding tomorrow and my dress had ended up with stains and watermarks (how it happened is a long story). They were so extremely nice to me. I knew it was very last minute and they did not have time to fully dry-clean the dress but they were still willing to look at it and see what they could do for me to make it less noticeable for the wedding tomorrow. I really could have cried with how amazing they were and I know that this is the place I will be bringing all of my dry-cleaning from now on. I happened by this place this morning, it didn't have any reviews here but i thought i'd give it a try (mostly because i was late for work) I needed my work shirts pressed for travel and brought them in this morning. The gentleman checked me in and said they'd be ready by tomorrow afternoon. I have to leave for NY for a couple days tomorrow afternoon, so i asked if i could pay a rush fee and have them done in the morning. He said they could have them done by 10am tomorrow and there was no need to pay a rush fee. I thought that was extra awesome since i even offered to pay for a rush and he refused it. Bad experience. Not only did they not do a good job, but they are expensive, and the young guy who works there was rude and had an attitude.

Brought a Santa Suit to have dry cleaned. She recommended I NOT dryclean the suit because it could bleed BUT she said washing would be fine. I asked her specifically if she would wash it if were hers and she said yes, if it does bleed she said they had treatment to make white whiter. When i picked up the white part of suit was PINK. She then said she never said she would wash it and offered NOTHING in return. Complete opposite of her recommendation to me. I will never bring my stuff back her again. Horrible customer service. Years ago i went in there and asked the owner how much for laundering shirts. He felt one of my shirt and said for silk $6.50. I guess that he was not familiar with fabric. I informed him that it was a 100% cotton shirt. He said for good quality fabric it was between $4 to $6.50. he still didn't really answer me so i again asked how much for "these shirts." He said $4. Then when i went back he charged me $6.50 for each shirt even after i reminded him that he said $4 originally. He told me that he didn't care what he said before (and yes that is a quote), that he would charge me whatever he wanted. No respect for his own word. What a loser. I told me wife but apparently she forgot and went in there to have a zipper replaced. $47.57 later she came home and complained about them. I reminded her that that i told her that the owner was an arrogant thief. I then went to a good laundry, Foxy Cleaners a couple of miles away. (they launder my shirts in cold water and hand press them so that there is no shrinkage and the buttons do not break, all for $3.50). I asked the how much to replace a zipper for my wife? $20 For all of you people out there who think that because the owner smiles at you while he is literally stealing from you, that he is a good merchant, I feel sorry for all of you. If you do not want to have money ripped out of your pocket with a smile then go over to Foxy Cleaners. read more

I took an expensive dress I had work to a wedding here for a dry clean and it was my first time using this cleaner. The dress had some small grass marks on the bottom and another very small food stain on the front. Both of these I could've gotten out in my wash but because the fabric was delicate I decided to splurge and take it in. They returned the dress to me ruined. Not only did they NOT get any marks out (grass? not a hard stain to get out in past experience) the chemicals they used left huge marks all over the dress, it's now unwearable. Place is clean, not too busy and the guy who helped me was very nice. I just got charged $18 for a plain hem of trousers! Nothing special, plain slacks. I pay $20 for shortening jeans with original hemline elsewhere. Lesson learned! read more

We have been using them for over 10-years. Guess its time for a review. We love them! Best quality and best service. It may not be the ultra cheapest or delivery to your door but we never liked the quality of those companies. These owners are so genuine and nice and are always there to help you. We mostly get my husbands dress-shirts and slacks dry cleaned bi-weekly and usually wait until we have a major load to take. No matter how big or small they get it done. Sometimes, my husband leaves items in his pockets (receipts, change, etc). The items are always attached to the hanger in a little white paper bag that is stapled closed. Today when I picked up our clothes they a white paper bag attached, they had found money in his pocket. How honest is that! $45! love them. You will too. read more
