I have been a longtime customer, but of late, the service has greatly declined. The male staffs…read morealways talk on the phone, ignoring the customers. It is rude! Also, they always over charge. You have to ask for a receipt and the screen facing the customer never works. Yesterday, the guy over charged me the first time, I caught it by asking him for the price. Then he changed it. After I got the receipt that I requested, I found another overcharge and went back. They never dispute the claim, I'm certain that they are aware. Each overcharge was approximately .25, but if they do that to every customer, they are cleaning up! This behavior has gone on for quite a while. The only person you can trust in the store is Kelly, the Lottery clerk. Best Practice: Verify the price vs the charge, ask for a receipt, and check that receipt!!! Unethical Behavior!!!

That were in the carriers that they came in and the bottles were clean I rinse them out after emptying because I cannot stand the smell of stale beer and do not want them in the house smelling. I stopped at the front counter where the staff is they see me and know me. I spoke and said I have bottles to return. They greeted me nicely and cordial, and said take them to the back right behind the door, which I've done before. They instructed a young man to go take the bottles. Upon getting to that area. A guy came out and told the young man we don't take bottles this time of day, which was around 6:00 PM EST, we only take bottles between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM? So I said how is that and you sell beer all day, he said well they guy that takes the bottles is not here...I said listen you sell this beer, I bought it here and these bottles are clean if you're thinking that. He said oh no, maybe you don't understand, (apparently I look stupid) I said listen I'm not stupid I heard what you said.

When I came in, I knew this was a get *bleep* up depot. All the smoke paraphernalia you can ask for. Hard to soft alcohol and a take out corner for the munchies. Even if you were tipsy walking into the place. Everything is easy enough for any drunkard or stoner, to find their tools of the trade. The fellows are quite hospitable and engage in good convo. Doesn't feel at all like a "buy your *bleep* and go" type of place. A 5 minute walk away from the hotel. Its a perfect spot, in a area that looks desolate.

I discovered that Beverage Warehouse accidentally double-charged my credit card ($50, not a huge…read moreissue) for a purchase from over a year ago. I visited the store, spoke with the manager, and reviewed the receipts. They promptly apologized for the inconvenience and resolved the issue. It's refreshing to see such great customer service--many would've brushed it off. Truly a classy business!

Turns out they can't get the product, yet it's still shows available on their website even after they know that. I will never shop here again. I wanted to leave zero stars!
