That lack of accountability is disappointing, especially since I own a business right across the street and had planned to use this garage regularly. The reality is, there are two other garages on the same block that cost only a few dollars more, and they don't put customers through this kind of hassle. I didn't know what do as I don't have AAA and was already running late to the event. They checked my car and I had a spare. They then told me not to worry and to go inside, enjoy the party and they'd change it for me--I agreed and thought that was extremely nice of them and unexpected. I had came back out about an hour later to check and they had indeed changed my tire!
