Since I decided to attempt to purchase my first house, which I had a small fraction of ownership in already, this transaction was both not straight forward and somewhat complex as it was my first house purchase. Ed and his team were amazing at coming up with solutions that would work for all parties, the seller, and the buyer and all involved. I have to agree with the other reviewer about their location for their walk up ATM. They literally…read morelocated it in the driving lane of their drive through portion. There is a 6" ledge that you have to stand on while pressing yourself up against the building if a car needs to pull through. It truly is messed up! This is a brand new building too! The architect gets a F for that stupid design. I have my save deposit box here so that's why I chose to open a savings account here. I did not open a checking account because this credit union only offers electronic checks, no actual paper checks. That doesn't work for me because some places are not set up for electronic checking so it limits your options for using your checking account. The service seems to be friendly enough but I don't do many transactions, just visit my safe deposit box occasionally.

(Now to set the record straight...after looking at the other financial institutions in the valley, this place had the best banking options available - and that is kinda a sad thing) Anyways, my current beef with them is that their system keeps getting compromised. Let me repeat that (pun intended) keeps getting compromised. For the last several years, both cards have been "hacked" every 2-3 months. And sadly, if this happens on the weekends, their call center can't do nothing to help
