As a first-time homebuyer, I wasn't aware of many details--how things work with lenders, mortgages, titles, inspections, etc. Rahul guided me through it all. He was always easy to reach via text or phone. Even if he missed a call, he would make sure to call back and check on my questions. We finalized our home in March 2025 and closed at the end of May (ironically, I found the listing myself on Zillow--haha!). But throughout the entire purchase process, whether it was dealing with the seller's agent, attorney, or mortgage lender, Rahul made it much easier for me. Vivian was the one bright spot - great to work with. But overall, poor responsiveness, underwhelming vendor quality, and a lack of transparency. You get what you pay for. In this case, you don't get much.
