I LOVE this office. My children absolutely love going to this dentist! Dr. Purcell is so patient and kind. He is great to take his time and explain things. He always is happy and you can tell he loves what he does! The staff is amazing. The front end is great with scheduling. The assistants and hygenists are so great!! I really just can't say enough good things about this office. If you have children who are nervous about going to the dentist, this IS the place to take them!! They have fun video games and toys to keep them entertained in the waiting room. Every room is decorated in a different theme! It's so cool! It will take their minds off of being at the dentist and ease nerves. My kids actually look forward to and enjoy going to the dentist! I actually have a hard time getting them to leave! I understood not being in the room for the procedure, but while she was getting the numbing agent I thought I would be able to. My daughter was scared to death and the dentist did not care. Also if you are counting on the dentist to rely information to you, this is not the place to visit. I think she has the least amount of interaction with any of her patients that she can. When I made a complaint I feel like things just got worse and my childrens appointments got pushed just so that they could "punish" me. Just a horrible experience time and time again.

She was able to get my visit covered by my insurance and to get me referred for further testing. She also does double time at the front desk occasionally which makes her able to understand every aspect of a client's experience as opposed to the limited and snobbish service you receive from some doctors.
