While there are still several great businesses like Grand Line Barbershop, Manny's CA Fresh and House of Shaw right off the Mile, it has also become home to many businesses that to me don't fit the vibe. The burned down Royal has been an eyesore and while it has finally been demolished, it stands vacant just inviting homeless to hang out there. I do enjoy the events that are held here like the monthly car show and I am hopeful that in the future more will be done do restore this once cool area of town.

This place is a bit confusing. The prices are extremely affordable or at least the prices that are…read moremarked. There are tons of boxes each one filled with a mix of diffrent items. So you pick a bunch of stuff but have no idea how much it costs. So you go up to a cashier and honestly it seems like they are making up the prices at the registers. I took a can of cookies up to the cashier to ask her how much it was she told me $2. I said ok put it in my cart and continued shopping. After I was ready to check out i noticed a different cashier rang up the tin of cookies $3. When I told her the other cashier told me it was $2. She said ok and I thought she took the $3 off but when I looked at the receipt she did not take the $3 dollar charge off and in turn actually charged me $5 for a $2 can of cookies that by the way expired 2 weeks ago. So be careful make sure you are watching the cashiers, your receipts and the expiration dates on the products. Make sure you are actually getting a deal and not triple charged for some old expired products.

First time coming to the Stockton Flea Market aka La Pulga! Free parking? WHAT! We arrived around…read more1030am, which to us is late to be getting to the flea market. Luckily we found parking inside and close to one of the entrances. The parkings here however suck. They're very tight and people don't know how to park. It was an average size flea market, we got around the whole thing in about an hour. It was just sad to see a lot of the vendors had a lot of the same items. There were only a handful of people with their own crafts, items you couldn't find anywhere else. Most shops though had same knock off stuff. I was sad to see (and this is not to knock Don Rafas, because they are one of the best - also expensive - taco trucks in Stockton!) but, their trucks I believe I seen 2 were packed like barely a seat open.. yet all the other trucks/food vendors were nearly empty. Like where is the support? We didn't get a chance to eat and we had to leave early, but we seen a taco truck called "Lalo's" and they looked/smelled good, yet were almost empty. I'd probably be back just to spend an hour outside. I did buy a really good smelling perfume at a steal of a price, so I'd definitely return to that vendor.

I come to college square shopping center for a few reasons…read more My main reason I come here because of GameStop. My son and I love videogames. There is also a Big 5 sporting goods where I'll get my kids sport supplies and my gym bags. Also Outback steakhouse is here too. I have some friends that work there. So I'll come chill with them in the back sometimes. The food is pretty good there too. Another reason is the Baskin and Robbins. It's our least favorite one to go to. But if we're close , we'll get some ice cream there. My last reason is there is a goodwill here. Once in a blue moon, I'll come here and just look around and see what they have in stock. There's many other shops from Metro PCS, Office Max , Planet Fitness and a AutoZone that just opened up recently. There's more but I never went into any of them before. Oh yeah there is a pet store that I went to a few times :) So yeah this shopping center has some places I visit from time to time. When I lived very close we used to walk up and back in the shopping center, to get our cardio on. So yeah, I'll be back very soon. Madden is coming out, so I'll be at GameStop very soon. There's a brand new Crunch Fitness gym. So it's a breath of fresh air, I feel the gym members will help out the center a lot. Just by stopping in and seeing what this center has to offer. That's my two cents. I come to this shopping center a lot, I mean a lot. I was surprised that there wasn't a Yelp page here. So I added it and took a lot of pictures to show people. I shop at Walmart Neighborhood market the most. So that's mainly my biggest reason I come here so much. I also shop at Dollar tree a lot when I'm making my rounds. There is a Taco Bell, I hit up once in awhile too. Then there's Mickey D's, I come here on the low low :) . To grab me some million calorie burger lol. I also shop at Fashion Ave to get my belts and t shirts. I've used UPS a few times to ship off some packages to Lodi, CA. When I had my 55 gallon fish tank. We would come to Randy's fish to get our sea buddies. There's a bunch of little shops and places to eat. But, I haven't really been to any of them. But they are all on my to do list for 2016.
