He…read morethen told me I "had" to use my Macy's card in order to redeem my Star Money.( I did not want to use Macy's card, i wanted to use my Amex because i get better rewards) Paul kept on talking about earning points which i could care less about and I thought his behavior was odd so I got on my phone and did a "pretend" purchase on Macys.com with my Amex and lo and behold, i was able to redeem my Star Money. I had to called Paul out on his lies, and make a scene before he finally let me use my choice of payment. It was the weirdest shopping experience ever. Don't get me wrong, I applaud employees who get their hustle on but to blatantly lie to a customer's face is just TOTAL disrespect.

The whole team needs to be retrained. So many people, myself included, walked out of line and it was still past the doors heading to the cart corral.

I wanted to come to this store because I desired to pick up summer clothes for my upcoming Mexico cruise trip. I walked around the store, hoping that I would find something nice. Unfortunately, nothing seemed to grab my interest this time around. As an alternative, I settled on purchasing the following items: * 4 pack of mini tweezers * facial cleaning wipes * jumbo loofahs * essential hair styling set * grilled seaweed roll snack The total came out to be around $25. Thankfully, I had a $5 off certificate due to being a Ross Mastercard® Credit Card holder. The staff member who assisted me was very unfamiliar with how to redeem the certificate, as she had never done it before. She asked her nearby cashier colleague, and didn't know either. Instead, the Loss Prevention specialist came over to the register and helped to redeem it. The store appeared to be slightly disorganized in some aisles but well-stocked. The checkout line was fairly long but moved at a decent pace. The rating of the stars is still stagnant at 3 stars. This specific Ross location is very hit or miss.

Then she said I had to wait until the other customers were done -- even though there were at least six open stalls available. At the same time, I saw other customers being allowed in without any issue, which felt very unfair. When I finally was able to use the restroom, a white female employee came in immediately after me as if to watch what I was doing. That was humiliating and made me feel singled out and racially profiled. On top of that, as I exited the store, I could hear employees talking about me behind my back where I could clearly hear them. This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. No customer should ever be treated this way. It is very well managed, stocked, clean and organized. The cashiers are friendly yet efficient and usually keep the checkout line moving quickly. The store has security personnel as well as staff that restock during open hours, and some that monitor clean & spacious fitting rooms. The store has something for everyone at affordable prices! They display/sell clothing (all ages), shoes/socks, luggage & travel accessories, handbags/belts, jewelry (with attendant to assist), kitchen/bath/yard-ware supplies, organizer items, furniture, linens/bedding/bath supplies, paintings, frames, small exercise accessory equipment, gourmet gift foods, hair/nail/skin/handcare supply aisles, stationery and Arts & craft items, pet supplies/treats/bedding, other home decor, you name it!
