I love love love Five Below but this location somehow is not right. Maybe it was a brand new location and it was wiped out but the 3 times I came to visit I saw bare shelves and in the tech section, lots and lots of place cards for where stuff belongs, but isles and isles of emptiness. If you are looking for a great deal on Fitness Items this is THE PLACE to get your yoga mats and weights. The candy is good and bad, watch out for items that says "Flavored Chocolate" that means its not real chocolate. I noticed the makeup section, please don't let your kids play with or buy makeup made in china, I promise you nothing good can come from it. I feel like this store would have been great when I was younger but now I like higher quality products. Oh, however! the garden products are totally worth your time, you can get a small garden kit with a Stainless Steel Tub for 5$ ,, they are 25 at lowes :)

Excited to see what store was about! See the line...

Bought a total of $100+ and the Team Member Riley after scanning all my merchandise told me I can grab a bag next to the other table instead of bagging it for me. "ALWAYS" when I go to guest service the night team members are not helpful, & very rude. They need to be not on that department or give them a real training how to be a good guest service person. Coz these 2 and the otheare always not serving a guest right.

I learned…read morethat if you return items, you can only return up to $100 worth in a year, which is beyond ridiculous because everything in there is pricey. When my husband and I had our first son, we received a lot of diapers as gifts. As many know babies grow quickly, and parents often have preferences for certain diaper brands due to past experiences or health reasons comfort or certain brands leak more than others. I have all these Target diapers, but I can't exchange them for the brand I like best or even get a Target merchandise card, because I've already hit my $100 limit for returns. It's frustrating that they wouldn't even exchange the damn diapers I could see if I was asking for cash, but an even exchange for unopened diapers should never be a problem. People buy diapers all the time for kids, and if all these diapers are too small you're telling me that's my problem that I'm stuck with, which is ridiculous. Shame on you Target, and yes I asked to speak with a manager, or lead and I was told that the leads are all busy and the manger was out. This experience has made me rethink where I shop for baby supplies in the future.

It is very well managed, stocked, clean and organized. The cashiers are friendly yet efficient and usually keep the checkout line moving quickly. The store has security personnel as well as staff that restock during open hours, and some that monitor clean & spacious fitting rooms. The store has something for everyone at affordable prices! They display/sell clothing (all ages), shoes/socks, luggage & travel accessories, handbags/belts, jewelry (with attendant to assist), kitchen/bath/yard-ware supplies, organizer items, furniture, linens/bedding/bath supplies, paintings, frames, small exercise accessory equipment, gourmet gift foods, hair/nail/skin/handcare supply aisles, stationery and Arts & craft items, pet supplies/treats/bedding, other home decor, you name it! Items sell quickly and they are stocking new brands/designs daily. What you "see" might be a transient offer (you can ask); thus, you might consider purchasing it before it's gone! They have fabulous seasonal & Holiday items for almost every room of the house, for keeping or gifting.

This review isn't about Walmart in store purchases. This is mainly about my experience ordering…read moreonline for delivery at home & curb side pick ups. With curb side- Items were missing from my order a few times, called the customer service number and they refunded it. Not a problem but defeats the purpose of why I ordered it to be picked up by the curb because now I had to make that trip to get the items anyways. Moving along. I placed an order for 3 items online giving them a benefit of the doubt once again to have it delivered at home but to my surprise, these items were scheduled to delivered at 3 separate times, honestly, news to my ears because why would I want 3 different deliveries for one order that was placed together and they were small items to begin with. Had I known this prior, I'd not bother ordering. First item arrived, with no issues. Great. What can go wrong now right? Wrong! 2nd item was delivered past 6pm and was left outside of my apartment complex on the entrance gate. Yes no contact, no phone call from the delivery person whatsoever to even make it to my unit. He just left it there and left. I found out about this particular delivery after, a pic was sent on my phone about it being delivered. I mean, who leaves a package at a gate? Regardless, I walked around the complex, hoping it was still there but of course, someone must have picked it up being it was on the outside of the complex. Frustrated, I reached out to customer service yet again and they refunded my money and this is when I was informed that Walmart uses 3rd party delivery services so, somethings are out of they control but they are sorry for the "inconvenience " Cherry on the cake. I received a text the next day about my last delivery being delayed so I tired to cancel the last item because by now, I had enough of them but then I was hit with "cancellation may not be guaranteed" but "you'll get a response in 48 hours"- so basically they said- "You paid for your item to get it on time" but now, you have to wait for what's convenient for us? Seriously, wth is going on with their online and delivery services? As a customer, who frequently purchases at Walmart being it's close to where i live, I can definitely say I will not be using online anything at Walmart anymore after my last item is delivered. Thanks but no thanks. Way too many issues.

I had just paid--- literally- 2 feet in front of him. He was watching me the entire time I checked out. I had a baby gift in an Easter Basket. As I walked out he market the basket lining with his yellow highlighter. I said why did you do that- it's a gift. He said the cashier told you I'd need to see a receipt. I said I'm sorry I didn't hear her say that- why didn't you tell me? As if I had marked up HIS stuff after watching him pay. Very accusatory and acting like I was making a big deal out of nothing. Everything I had was visible in the gift basket. I had a tiny cross-body just big enough for my phone and a tee shirt and leggings. Not exactly a shoplifting scenario. Ugh. Back to what happened-. As if his marking up my purchase wasn't bad enough he then licked his hand and tried to wipe off the yellow highlighter! Seriously. I just wanted out of there. I was starting to get upset. He said what do you want from me you needed to show your receipt. I said I would have happily shown it to you had you asked. I then said an apology would at least be expected because I didn't want to stand in the epic Ross line for a return. He then gave me a smarmy, tongue-in-cheek I'm sorry. Honestly. I can't believe I wrote this much--- but everyone else there was great and he ruined a gift, blamed me and then was a j*rk about it.
