My most recent position with the company was eliminated back in March, so when I was contacted on July 18th regarding another opportunity, I was genuinely excited about the possibility of returning. I was looking forward to interviewing and hopefully being given another opportunity with a company I had already worked for twice. I followed up several times after being contacted, and each time I spoke with the beauty manager, Zohra, I was led to believe that I was still being considered and that I would be contacted to schedule an interview. What was most disappointing was how things were handled this past weekend. I reached out again on Sunday and was told that I would receive a call on Monday. When I still hadn't heard anything Monday, I reached out again and was told I would be contacted within 15 minutes. That call never came. Instead, I received an email stating that the company was no longer interested in moving forward with me. I completely understand that being a former employee does not guarantee me a position or even an interview. I also understand that companies have the right to choose whichever candidates they feel are the best fit. That isn't my issue. My issue is that I would have preferred honesty and direct communication. After repeatedly following up and being reassured that I would be contacted--including being told that very day that I would receive a call within 15 minutes--I feel I should have simply been told that the decision had been made not to move forward with me. There was no reason to continue giving me the impression that an interview or conversation was coming. After working for this company twice and then having my position eliminated in March, this experience was especially disappointing. I feel like my time and emotions were played with, and I found the lack of transparency and follow-through from management very unprofessional. In a way, I'm thankful for the experience because it showed me that returning may not have been the right decision for me. I value honesty, communication, and people keeping their word. I can absolutely accept being told "no." What I don't appreciate is repeatedly being told to expect a call or an opportunity that never comes. Sometimes a rejection really is a redirection.

With curb side- Items were missing from my order a few times, called the customer service number and they refunded it. Not a problem but defeats the purpose of why I ordered it to be picked up by the curb because now I had to make that trip to get the items anyways. Moving along. I placed an order for 3 items online giving them a benefit of the doubt once again to have it delivered at home but to my surprise, these items were scheduled to delivered at 3 separate times, honestly, news to my ears because why would I want 3 different deliveries for one order that was placed together and they were small items to begin with. Had I known this prior, I'd not bother ordering. First item arrived, with no issues. Great. What can go wrong now right? Wrong! 2nd item was delivered past 6pm and was left outside of my apartment complex on the entrance gate. Yes no contact, no phone call from the delivery person whatsoever to even make it to my unit. He just left it there and left. I found out about this particular delivery after, a pic was sent on my phone about it being delivered. I mean, who leaves a package at a gate? Regardless, I walked around the complex, hoping it was still there but of course, someone must have picked it up being it was on the outside of the complex. Frustrated, I reached out to customer service yet again and they refunded my money and this is when I was informed that Walmart uses 3rd party delivery services so, somethings are out of they control but they are sorry for the "inconvenience " Cherry on the cake. I received a text the next day about my last delivery being delayed so I tired to cancel the last item because by now, I had enough of them but then I was hit with "cancellation may not be guaranteed" but "you'll get a response in 48 hours"- so basically they said- "You paid for your item to get it on time" but now, you have to wait for what's convenient for us? Seriously, wth is going on with their online and delivery services? As a customer, who frequently purchases at Walmart being it's close to where i live, I can definitely say I will not be using online anything at Walmart anymore after my last item is delivered. Thanks but no thanks. Way too many issues.

The pie that I am referring to is the larger apple pie, the smaller one which is the size that most stores carry, I can't comment on that one, but the larger apple pie is the one that taste amazing. The apples are crisp. They taste a little tart. It just tastes really good and if you wanna add a little special, something put it in the oven for maybe 10 or 15 minutes and then put some ice cream on top of your piece and you'll love it. I know big companies like to have few people scheduled to maximize profits but there was one cashier actually ringing people up, two behind the counter with their backs to the line talking, messing with tape/stickers, another worker tried calling up more cashiers but said to another worker "no one is replying" and I passed atleast 3 workers on the floor. The whole team needs to be retrained. So many people, myself included, walked out of line and it was still past the doors heading to the cart corral.
