The staff really doesn't even care the slightest, nonchalantly gives the "oh, I gave away the last one of those prescriptions earlier today, so you'll just have to come back when we get more in stock" speech. What? Umm. The hours are really not convenient for someone who works long hours and they are closed on Sundays which doesn't help. To not even be a bit empathetic or pretend to be upset about having a customer come there, just to be turned away AFTER CONFIRMATION of pick up date is actually disgusting customer service and plain rude.
