Initially the dispatch lady that took my call had someone call me the next day and he came out the day after, his name is Andres. When Andres came out, he assessed the work that needed to be done, gave me a quote on the spot and was going to write up an official contract for the work that needed to be done and have it emailed to me. Honestly that took a good minute to get, but once I got the quote, I printed it, signed it and scanned it back to him so his crew can get started. The contract was very detailed and aligned with the work that we spoke about when he came out to the house. The work I needed done was to fix a leaning drive gate and leaning fence, plus my gate motor had also shifted. Andres had his crew come out on a Thursday and finished on Friday. Now mind you, none of the crew spoke any English, but that was fine because Andres had relayed the exact instructions to his crew and they knocked it out. They went above and beyond, that they did a better job than the original fence company. They took down the old fence, installed new posts, fixed the leaning gate and motor and put up a new fence and BAM!! as good as new.
