The entire process was seamless, and she ensured that I was being informed before making any purchases, creating designs, etc. She let me picked the materials, thread, designs, etc. but at times I got overwhelmed and ended up letting her decide what's best. She will work with your budget, so it's customizable. If we had more time, I'd make it a double-sided quilt, but Lisa made some suggestions for the backing to make it just as beautiful, thanks to her endless creativity.
