Prices are on par with others and we were able to find out of print fabrics we couldn't find elsewhere. The staff was friendly and very helpful but I also loved the feeling as other "regulars" were shopping and you could tell that this was a welcoming shop. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable I explained the bird nesting issues, and how I've definitely stitch over 20,000 stitches past needed service. I was informed by stitches with felt fabric and using can air I was pushing all that debris inside the machine impacting it he lubricant. I'm grateful to know my machine is in great hands.
