For a monthly rate, we will visit your pool once per week and perform various aspects of pool maintenance. This includes, emptying the skimmers, the pool cleaner net, and the pump basket. We will net leaves and debris from the pool and sweep the side walls and steps of the pool. Also included is back washing of your DE filter. This is done on a "need to" basis and the frequency varies. Additionally we monitor and maintain proper balancing and sanitation of your pool. The monthly rate includes all chemicals to maintain pH, alkalinity, and calcium to balance; and chlorine to sanitize. We also keep an eye on your actual pool equipment. We will alert you before a small issue becomes a larger issue. If required, we can perform service work as well. We requested a one time pool clean from Parker County Pools aka Poolwerx. The problem I have with…read morethis company is the communication. What we were quoted was $105 an hour plus chemicals. The filter clean (something I can do myself) was $175 and something not quoted in a one time clean this and the grid replacement was extra. Communicating an added service or fee before doing it would have been nice. I will say they at least answer their phone as we tried other pool companies with no answer or call back first. Six days out and our pool looks like this in the picture.

In two days the pool was clear and nearly perfect already. I thought it would take weeks to get any kind of balance. Also they reset the pump flat on the concrete, added guards by the timer, disconnected old chlorinator, added a hose bin to drain the pool, refurbished the DE filter with all new filter grid and new ring seal.
