After years of numerous consultations with high profile dentists in southern California to highly regarded dentists in my hometown of Fresno I decided to have a consultation with Dr. Parker in Madera in 2013. I was greeted by the nicest and most professional medical staff I had ever experienced. If anyone knows me they know that unfortunately I have seen many medical offices in my past 15 years. Dr. Parker sat down with me and reviewed my case. It was the first time in the years I sought help a dentist had a clear understanding of my dental problems and a clear plan to achieve great results. He was humble yet confident and I was immediately ready to entrust, invest and become a patient of Dr. Parker's in late 2013. I needed significant reconstruction and restoration of my bite and smile. My situation was complicated and involved special techniques and skills. Most dentists I met with prior had plans that would have destroyed many of my healthy teeth to obtain the results needed to correct my bite and enhance my smile. Dr. Parker's first statement to me was that he was a preservationist. He wanted to save and protect every tooth possible in my mouth and he did! Today my bite is better than it has ever been and my smile looks as though I was born with a perfect smile. It looks totally natural and I feel so good about it! I haven't been to the dentist in a very long time and I was anxious, scared and embarrassed about what was in store for my first visit. In past experiences I have left offices feeling so horrible about the outcome. I have felt like I was being scolded and embarrassed about how I "claim" to be taking care of my teeth. My kids and I have been going to Dr. Parker for five years. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I love that the office is always so clean and the goodies they offer are always a plus (cookies, apples, bottled water, keurig coffee/tea). My children (ages 4, 8 & 11)always feel comfortable and look forward to going to the dentist, which isn't always the case with most kids. I'm sure the treasure box with treats for them might be part of the reason why they love going too. Also, my appointments are are always scheduled to fit my needs, and the office has just recently extended their hours. In regards to the actual dental work, the quality is good. Dr. Parker is the best! His staff is so sweet and understanding and genuinely interested in anything I have to say, or concerned with. I took my 8 year old daughter to Dr. Parker for dental work and a cleaning. They made her feel so comfortable! That means alot to me. No parent wants their children to have bad experiences with their dentist. She loved it! She even asked when we would go back again! I'm so happy she was happy. Also, she is a huge talker and asked a million questions. Just recently had my regular 6 month visit on June 29, 2015. I absolutely like going to my dentist appointments only because I found the best place ever. Dr. Parker, his associates, staff, hygienists, I mean every one who is part of this team is so welcoming, professional, patient, friendly, communicative, organized, helpful, and super clean overall. As always, today I had a very amazing experience and left happier and satisfied than ever. None the less, this office has it all and I wouldn't change it for any other. I learned of Dr. Parker through a flyer in the mail. I initially visited the office with my mother in December. After witnessing how great the staff, particularly Eva, was with my mother I decided to switch dentists and try Dr. Parker. I had my first visit in January 2015 with Dr. Parker. He was professional, listened to what I want done to my teeth and gave me options for treatment. My dental hygienist was professional as well, friendly and made me feel comfortable. The staff really makes an effort to make you feel comfortable. I recently returned for treatment and the dental assistant was great. I have been a patient of Dr. Parkers for over 12 years. Each time I visit PDC I am greeted with smiles and welcomed by each staff member. The staff are attentive to all my little fears and go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable. Oh, you have to ask for the warm fuzzy blanket. It is so relaxing. I have been seeing Dr Parker for the past 5 in a half years. For me it's huge, being that I'm not even from Madera. I have traveled from Fresno, Pismo, and now my home in Hanford all the way to him because of his great care! His staff/assistants are amazing!!! They treat me like it's my first time every time! Scheduling an appt. has always been flexible with my crazy schedule even when having to change dates. The list goes on and on about the time they take with me.. I enjoy going to the dentist! Everyone there is so welcoming and friendly. While being worked on...they ask if you're okay and comfortable. They really want to make sure your experience is pleasant. It always is and I wouldn't go any where else! If you're cold they even offer blankets! They do amazing work and give alot of great advice. I'm currently fighting an infection on a little bottom front tooth and could be extracted if it doesn't heal...I'm so impressed on how aggressive and determined they have been to try to save my tooth. I went to Parker Dental Care for the first time this week, and I am so impressed!! They were wonderful!! Everyone in the office, from the office staff to the dental hygienist, dental assistant, and Dr. Parker himself, was kind, helpful and understanding. I needed some major work done and they fit me in right away. Everything was explained to me, and my comfort was very important to them. I went to dr.parker today as well as my children I haven't been for a long time cause I fear going to dentist and everyone there was very friendly were I felt comfortable and my children were happy as well esp knowing there were cookies n water n waiting room. It was very easy to obtain an appointment and quickly. I like that you can pre-fill out all forms online, prior to your appointment. There was no waiting time between registration and being called back. I felt the dental hygienist was very friendly and knowledgeable and did an incredibly thorough job with her x-rays examination and cleaning. Dr. Parker explain things in layman's terms and explain the cost of things and different options very bluntly in order to actually save me money I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. read more

AWESOME Dentist and office staff ever!!!!! I am not making this up either. I have been afraid of going to the dentist ever since I was slapped by a dentist when I was young, 10 - 12 yrs old, I am almost 61 now and never have felt so comfortable and calm in a dentist chair before in my life. The hygienists there are phenomenal, very careful and gentle when cleaning your teeth. The receptionist is great also she tries to accommodate and work around your busy schedule. I have been going to this dentist ever since I moved to Madera when I was little and I love it here. All of the employees are super friendly and they definitely know what they're doing! I have never met anyone else who loves their dentist as much as I do. All of my friends say they hate going to the dentist and I'm always saying I love it! I've been going to Parker Dental Care since I was a kid, and now my whole family goes there. Staff is always friendly and courteous, and they're very good about reminding me of appointments either via email or phone call. They are very good with kids - my kids love going there!
