I got an infection within 24 hours, below a deep cleaning done in his office without antibiotics. Reinfected twice more over a year. Had to pull two molars, add posts and teeth. When I asked Dr. Jett for help he accused me of extortion!!!!! He showed no concern for me at any time. What I would have called professional responsibility he calls Extortion. What a wonderful experience! The staff are delightful and engaging, and the doctor is very thorough in his explanation of what is to happen. When you walk in it's immediately obvious that someone is focused on creating a welcome, exceptionally clean and comfortable environment. I took my husband in for dental surgery. The dental assistant met us when we arrived. She offered tea, coffee, or hot cocoa from a cool machine in the waiting room. Very soon afterward we were brought to the well appointed treatment room. A handsome and friendly surgeon soon joined us. Dr Jett was just as engaging and welcoming as the staff we already met. Rather than going through each step that followed, I'll just end with my continued happiness with this operation. From the delightful office manager, the assistant, and the doctor to the beautiful facility, we couldn't have been more pleased. We strongly recommend this dental surgeon. read more

The staff and office are a fairytale. This was hands down the best dental experience ever (and I had surgery on my gums). First off, when you walk into the office, it doesn't feel like a dental office - more like a warm and inviting place where you want hang out. A starbucks coffee machine (free), variety of teas, and upscale furniture and office design. The bathroom even has fully stocked toothbrushes, mouth rinse, and is pristine. Unlike most dental offices, this one runs like a well-oiled machine so there is no to very little wait time before you're in the dental chair. Once you're taken back for your procedure, they pull up a monitor right above you and turn on Hulu (if you want). Of course I want to be entertained while I have my procedure done! Mr Jett thoroughly explained what I was having done and answered my questions. The follow up appointment again was professional, friendly, and prompt. And now, the pluses and minuses: PLUSES + Friendly staff + Amenities (coffee machine, tea, dental supplies, streaming video during operation) + Dr Jett practices modern techniques and is an excellent communicator + Assistants are just as on par as Dr Jett + Beautiful office - the entrance, bathroom, patient room - its all pristine + The business is streamlined to minimize wait time NEGATIVES - the dental chairs don't massage your buttocks - there's no valet parking but plenty of front row parking available anyways - they're suspiciously nice - they might be robots and not real humans read more

Dr. Jett and his staff are wonderful!! I had a gum graft done and laughed through the entire procedure. It was practically painless and Dr. Jett and his assistant made me feel very relaxed and are very personable....and hilarious. The office atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming, not intimidating at all. My gums healed quickly and very nicely. He is very tedious and makes sure it is perfect! It I could give Dr. Jett's office a zero, I would. I never made it to his office, because his receptionist failed to find out if I had dental insurance; even though, she knew I had been referred by another dental provider. Their standard letter does not ask if you have dental insurance. However, when I brought this to my dental provider's attention the receptionist, Shannon, lied to the insurance company. She stated their letter does ask if you are a "Delta Dental patient." I have read their letter so many times I could recite it line by line, and there is no where on the letter that says anything about dental coverage. Obviously by the comments on this page if you don't have dental insurance it sounds like people are pretty happy with their experience. If you do have dental insurance BE AWARE of what you are charged, and the hoops they make you jump through to recover some (not all) of your money. read more

I had a great experience here. I had a dentist that broke my crown and tooth so I had to get it pulled. Dr. Jett knew how nervous I was and made me feel comfortable. He even said if I need to stop at any point and walk around I could. He talked and told me how much longer things would take. Usually that's the worse part because they usually don't tell you how much longer it will be and then you start to panic. ( I do anyway). Front desk staff is great too. They have Starbucks Coffee in the waiting room. I didn't want to drink any before so I just grabbed some on the way out. Great customer service. I have insurance and didn't have any problems with using it. You can also get on Care credit and make monthly payments. read more

This is a very pleasant and friendly practice. Everyone there seems happy and that made me happy. It must be a great place to work. They set me up with a cup of Starbucks coffee while I did the inevitable paperwork. Dr. Jett is genial and personable, while inspiring confidence at the same time. The venue is very pleasant: none of those tiny closed-in treatment rooms. There were big windows on the corners of a spacious examination room. Dr. Jett clearly explained my issue to me and just as clearly outlined the work to be done. I pay out of pocket for dentistry, but I felt his pricing was very fair. I go to Dr. Jett with full confidence and, rather unusual for dentistry, with a sense of pleasant anticipation. read more

I am so grateful that Dr. Jett performed my surgery. Extremely knowledgeable, patience with all of my questions and ensured I was comfortable before, during and after my procedure. His staff was accommodating and very courteous. The office is clean! You can tell the type of environment he requires for his office because everyone in his staff welcomed me with a smile and a hello. The best part, every time I have been to his office I was not waiting forever to be seen like most places. You can tell this office respects your time. After receiving a recommendation for a minor procedure I finally called their office last week. After setting up an appointment with the receptionist I realized she had actually made me smile with her bubbly personality. My beautiful black lab was so happy to see me, he jumped up and knocked my front tooth out!! I was in a panic because it was almost completely gone and it was 7PM in the evening. I was able to get in touch with Dr. Jett and he, along with a staff member, met me at his office at 10:00PM. He was preparing to take his office on a retreat for the next few days and wanted to make sure I didn't have to deal with any pain! Two things here....he appreciates his staff AND wants to make sure his patients are well taken care of!! Dr. Jett fixed me up so that I could sleep pain free. The next morning he provided me with the name and number of another dental office to get my work started. I had an appointment with the dentist at 8AM thanks to Dr. Jett. He even followed up with me, while he was out of town, to make sure I was taken care of and that I knew what the next steps were. Talk about going above and beyond!!! read more
