This place is a joke. They screwed me over so many times and I let it go, hoping they were better than that. Dr Treva and her staff don't pay attention to details and had the audacity to blame it on me. I asked nicely for a refund and they try to play dumb, instead they blame me for their negligent acts and wanted to charge me a fee of $100+. They waited for me to get extremely angry and tell them how they screwed up and wasted my time. Then they finally gave me a full refund. They keep sending me text messages about future appointments for my son and I. I tried calling them to cancel all future appointments but they refuse to pick up my call. It's very petty and unprofessional of them. They better not charge me for no show! it's been over a month and they still have not refunded my dental insurance portion & still not picking up my calls. I went to Dr Lee's office today for the first time. The front staff, the techs and everyone I came across was friendly and obviously good at their jobs. Dr. Lee was gentle and thorough. She took the time to explain to me my options for future treatment. And I really appreciate that she didn't suggest the most expensive options, as I've had happen before. Her treatment plan was realistic and she explained my options well. The dental hygienist was also gentle and took the time to explain to me what she was doing. Overall, I'm glad I went there and I'd recommend this office. read more

As a delivery driver, I visit a lot of dentist's offices. This one is one of few I often hear bad things about. Not to mention how rude they are to their delivery drivers. Its clear by doctor Lee's condescending responses to her negative reviews (none of which sound impossible after what I've heard), it's clear she has a god-complex. Patients are there to be taken care of. Not spoken down to about missing appointments when they clearly have a reason for not wanting to come in and see her. Perhaps they have a phobia? Perhaps you need to take a good hard look at how you talk to people, including your staff. read more

My family and I were patients of Dr. Lee for a long time. Our jobs changed which meant insurances changed and we were left without a dentist. I took our kids to another dentist and I was not pleased. We went through our provider list again and there she was!!! Made our appointments and we are so glad to be back! Dr. Lee is awesome, she thoroughly explains all procedures, she listens to concerns, and is very involved with patients. She makes coming to the dentist pleasant. Get there early and enjoy some complementary coffee, tea, water, or the occasional treats available from Dr. Lee's garden!! I really think all the good reviews are either fake or they had an incentive to write the review. This dr is the most condescending, rude, judgmental, and narcissistic person I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She talks crap on her workers and employees when she doesn't think anyone can hear her. You can even tell by her replies on her negative reviews on here that she thinks she is the smartest dentist alive and could NEVER be wrong or incorrect about anything. I don't write many reviews but her talking to me like I'm a complete moron when I know what my teeth feel like made me mad enough to leave my first super lengthy review. Normally my son HATES to go to the dentist it gets to the point where he is screaming and wants nothing to do with anyone touching his teeth. We decided to switch his dentist his first time coming to Dr Lee was a extremely pleasant experience. He had no issues, no screaming, no problems afterwards. They quote you a low price to get you in the door. Once your visit is done and get ready to pay they double the price. I had a few cleanings and got two tooths pulled out. Every visit cost me double than what was stated. Stay away they will rip you off! read more

So I i have gone here multiple times and everytime that I have there was an issue, most recently when I I had gone in to get crowns on my teeth they forgot to out on the temporary crowns on before I left so I was walking around for almost a month like this. One of the teeth I asked to have a root canal on Dr. Lee talked me into not getting it done and that any sensitivity would go away after a few days. Well here we are a year after and I still cant chew on my right side. When I called to try and talk to Dr.Lee over the phone her staff refused to let me speak with her and that I could only speak to her if I made an appointment. I informed them that it would be a cold day in hell if I were to ever go back there and they hung up on me. I went to another dentist and informed them of my issues With Dr.Lee and the unprofessionalism of her and her staff they were shocked. 1000 dollars for sub par work and treatment. This makes me sad cause I went in really excited that i had been referred to a good dentist since I have a phobia of them. I'm sad, dissapointed, angry and sick. read more

So very unhappy about billing games. I wished simply to get insurance coverage information from them. My sleep apnea mouth device supplied by them, as a referral from Kaiser sleep lab, is showing signs of wear. I asked if a replacement would be covered by that insurance. They would not give me the information over the phone and set an appointment for me to come in. Not until I arrived for that appointment was I told I would need to pay them more than $100.00 for that visit to be told if I was indeed covered or not covered. Sounds a bit like extortion to me. I will not be taken advantage of by this office or their practices. Thumbs Down! read more

This visit was before yelp , I used to see her father for dental work, but I saw her once she told me I had cavities that would take up my entire insurance for the year so I would have to wait until my insurance to kick in to finish my work, I went to another dentist who told me I did not have cavities at all. Dr. Treva Lee DDD is by the far the worst dentistry care I have ever received. The office staff wonderful very friendly and helpful. The dentist on the other hand, was the exact opposite Dr. Treva was very unprofessional. She didn't bother to introduce herself when she came into the room. I had no idea if she was the dentist or just a lost senior citizen. While examining my teeth she insisted on doing a massive cleaning along with giving me 3 injections of medicine while scraping and probing my teeth. When everything was completed, she never mentioned that everything was done, she just left the room. I appreciate the assistant Nicki, she had to explain to everything that was done Dr. Treva just left the room and stated that she was leaving. I left the office in pain. The following day I woke up with a swollen jaw. I called the office and spoke with Nicki, Dr. Treva wasn't available. Nicki sound very concerned about the swollen jaw she wanted me to come in right away. But the level of brutal cleaning really wasn't necessary I will never return. read more
