First time they claimed I never made an appointment even though I always make one with my husband and then they still tried arguing. This last time they tried calling me less then 12 hours before my appointment telling me they had to change my time by over two hours but my husband could keep his the same so we had to go back and forth before they "called other people" and called me back less than thirty seconds later to tell me it is okay for my original time I scheduled 6 months beforehand. Other than that... this place is AMAZING. The staff here and hygienists are insanely good and thorough with their cleanings and I love how they also give me a little toothpaste to take home when I am finished! I never have to wait long when I check in! Their waiting room is rather small with a handful of chairs but it is never crowded to where I have to stand or wait outside. The place is also very clean and I like that each room has a television that they play music from so the cleanings are never quiet and awkward! A lovely dentist that could use a little help with their last minute warnings and small appointment issues but overall an amazing place with an amazing dentist, Dr. Gonzalez!!!

Making an appointment is very seamless and they give you more than enough reminders for when your upcoming appointment is. They take their time and I love that they do because my teeth always feel incredibly fresh and clean after my cleanings or check ups if I think I might have an issue. Dr Gonzalez is one of the friendliest people that I know and doesn't feel like I am being rushed out when I am talking to him. I am not a fan of the other dentist that recently started because it feels like she is trying to push products such as claiming I have an overbite when my orthodontist has never said anything about it and I have had braces. They are open every day of the week and every other Sunday and their office is very clean and I never feel like I am on top of anyone when I'm here and waiting for my cleaning. A truly amazing dentist and practice that I hope to continue to go for as long as I can! I also love how the rooms have TVs that always have something very common relaxing playing on them whether it is different images of nature or animals. I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office, and I honestly felt like they were…read moretrying to scare me into paying for unnecessary and very expensive treatments. I only had a small piece of my tooth chipped and went in expecting to have it repaired with a filling. Instead, I was told that I needed a root canal and a crown, which would cost nearly $4,000 with insurance. They also presented me with multiple payment plans. On top of that, they told me that I needed two bridges for the teeth next to it, suggesting that otherwise I could lose my natural teeth. That treatment was quoted at nearly $6,000. Without insurance, they told me the total could be around $17,000-$18,000. What made me even more uncomfortable was that when I said I wanted to get a second opinion and compare prices elsewhere, they told me to call them afterward and let them know what the other dentist charged so they could see if they could match the price. This made me seriously question their recommendations and whether the treatments were truly necessary. I then went to the dental office where I had previously gotten my teeth cleaned, and their assessment was completely different. They told me that I only needed a filling. They explained that the chip was very close to the nerve, so if I experienced significant pain after the filling, I should contact them because further treatment might then be necessary. They charged me only $175 for the filling plus a $50 fee because I didn't have an appointment. I also asked if there was anything else I needed to take care of. They said I had four other teeth that could eventually use fillings, but none of them were urgent or dangerous, so I could take care of them gradually. The total for all was about $2,100 without insurance. I'm not a dentist, so I can't say for certain which treatment was medically necessary. However, the huge difference between the two evaluations and prices was enough to make me very uncomfortable. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to expensive dental procedures, especially when you feel pressured or frightened into making a decision

I mostly worked with doctor Larry Grillo and Manny. Manny is an excellent listener and communicator. with every interaction I truly feel, he's had my best interests in mind. For example, I wanted to get as much work as possible done in each visit. so as not to have to return often. Yet Manny made sure i wasn't doing too much work in any single visit as i had debilitating TMJ last year and to much work could retrigger that TMJ. I am the type of patient who can be very functional in real life but becomes a 2-3 year old emotionally in the dentist chair. It's pretty nerve wracking, and I took almost a year off from repairing my mouth because my C-PTSD emotional responses were unpredictable and traumatizing. Paired with my difficult dental issues, it took a lot for me to go into a new dental office. I went to the dentist on 01/06/2026 only to have a small piece of resin that had fallen off glued back on. For that service alone, I was charged $52. Dentist Lea Chernoff said that gluing it back was not the best option and that it would be better to redo the entire tooth. I told her that before anything else, I wanted to know the price of doing the full tooth. She said "okay," but then picked up a tool and started removing the remaining resin from my tooth before telling me the price. I immediately stopped her and said again: before you remove anything, I want to know the cost, because if it was too expensive, I would choose to just glue the fallen piece back--even if it wasn't her recommended option. She then left the room. When she removed the resin, I clearly saw the piece fly off. Knowing it had fallen on the floor, I looked for it and found it. The receptionist then came back with the price: $1,500. I said that was extremely high and pointed out that now gluing the piece back would no longer be possible because the dentist had removed the remaining resin. They insisted she had not removed anything. I told them I saw it with my own eyes. I even opened a photo of my tooth from before on my phone and placed the piece I found on the floor over the photo--it fit perfectly. Only then did they say they would apply resin for free to the part she removed and glue back the piece I originally brought. As expected, because the piece was small, the result was terrible: the resin was thicker than the rest of the tooth and a completely different color. So much for a recommendation of a place that is "honest and doesn't try to take your money." When I confronted dentist Lea Chernoff, she simply said it was the best she could do and walked back to her office. She took no responsibility for the damage she caused. I do not recommend this dentist. Besides trying to deny that she removed part of my tooth (which she did), the quality of the work was poor and unprofessional.
