Customer service was very polite and happy to be of service. Would definitly recomend to friends and family.

I only used them once to receive a package while I was in town. I called to see if it had arrived early, and to see if I needed to provide them any more detail about its delivery. Clerk was courteous and informative. When I showed up the day the package was to have arrived, they were quick and friendly and the cost was quite reasonable in comparison to another nearby town's services. No complaints on this experience! Lots of room for parking my RV. Would definitely use them again in the future. read more

We've had several large boxes arrive and they even help load them up for me, even though I am capable of doing it myself. Wish my local postal service back home was this professional and helpful. Look elsewhere for your parcel deliveries! I was told that my package had not arrived, although FedEx said it was delivered. I had called prior to using them to make sure they could accept my delivery. The woman on the phone was very pleasant, and she gave me no specific instructions. However, I was lectured by a very condescending young woman, who excused their mishandling, by stating that I had addressed my package incorrectly. Celina is her name. read more

Do Not mail your USPS mail from this location. They will gladly accept your FLAT RATE Boxes and charge you double. When questioned, they will explain they don't do flat rate boxes, only AFTER fully accepting the parcel in a flat rate box. They will Accept your other packages over the counter, give you a USPS tracking number and charge you Parcel select ground (a service for online booked shipments) charge you dimensional weight at 3 times the cost for a package which could be sent Retail Ground for a third of the price. AND Do so with a smile!!! Sara explained she has no control over the prices, they simply put the numbers in and the computer determines the price...and I believe her!!. I also believe she has no clue how this plays out in terms of business ethic and practice. The parcel select package was accepted and paid for on the 13th of the month at Parker Mail Center it was scanned INTO the USPS system 7 days later in Parker so that it could be delivered by USPS 7 days after that. SAVE yourself 7 days and 3 times the cost by taking it across the street to USPS yourself. Parker Mail Center is designed to rip you off the employees are selected for their no brain-er attitude and trained to handle customer questions in a way that keeps this scam rolling. They will come up with a number of reasons/lies for the horrendous price gouging, and never once simply say "we are not a USPS retail store we just act and look like one until you figure it out" **Its a UPS store, and UPS has found a way to make USPS look bad by slowing service and charging more in USPS's name and pissing off their customers. read more

I called there this morning, the woman hung up on me, I called again to check on a ups package. she was very rude, put me on hold for 5 minutes. I asked if she always put people on hold for 5 minutes. She hung on me. I called again to see if my package came in and then a answering machine came on. very rude people.
