On Thursday, July 2nd, I lunched my boat late in the afternoon as was experiencing mechanical issue with the throttle stuck in gear. Thinking our family vacation was over, I reached out to Sun Country Service Department. I explained my situation. The tech I spoke with was confident what the issue was and that they had the part in stock. I thought there is no way they will get me in on a holiday weekend to get this repair done and get me back on the water this trip. The tech put me in contact with Derek, the Service Manager. He said, "Bring it in Friday morning and I will see what I can do to squeeze you in". I dropped the boat off Friday morning, at 1:30 pm. Derek called and said, "your boat is ready"! Derek and his team salvaged our vacation and got us back on the water. Top notch service. I highly recommend.

Called J bird Storage and Justin answered, he was very nice and said his storage place has in house dump station for his customers, we informed him we were all set up elsewhere and he still allowed us to dump at his location. Upon arriving we saw that everything looked nice and well kept, large lot and easy to access dump station. We will definitely consider for the future. This is centrally located and definitely competitive with other spots we know of. It is one thing to have a good location but being kind and accessible was such a plus, we are grateful and look forward to working with Justin again.
