This past Wednesday, a runaway truck completely destroyed our residential mailbox. We called Lloyd…read moreat The Mailbox People around 5pm that same evening. To our surprise, he immediately answered the phone-- when most businesses would have been closed for the evening. From the very first conversation, Lloyd was professional, personable, and eager to help. Within no time, he drove to our home, assessed the damage, and even installed a temporary mailbox so we wouldn't miss any mail. Since we were not able to be around when he came by he sent us pictures of the temporary mailbox setup, and even hauled the old mailbox away. Lloyd also assured us that he had a replacement mailbox in stock and could complete the installation Friday morning.
