We drove up from out of state to see the boat. My son and I fell in love with the boat. We drove up a second time to make the deal and bring her home. Deal was made but we came home empty handed because much like a car the boat needed to be prepped and ready for the long trip home. Got the titles and was ready to go get everything finalized when Rudy called me with bad news. There was a part that was bad and it was on national back order. Long story short the part finally came in, it was installed, and we picked up our boat. Great experience and Rudy's orientation didn't miss a beat! Detailed and thorough. I had a great experience with Twin City Marine and highly recommend them.

Do yourself a favor and don't even think of doing business with these guys!!!…read moreI purchased a brand new Suzuki DF250 from Mill Creek Marine in 2013. They serviced it every year since I purchased it. In September of 2018 I blew a piston. The boat was still under warranty. I authorized them to do the repair. Throughout the fall and winter I checked with them monthly to check on the progress of the repair. I was in no hurry and told them it just needed to be finished by April. I started checking with them in April and they one excuse after another why the repair was not completed. This went on for another 2 months. In June of 2019 (9 months after I had dropped the boat off) they told me that there there was a problem with the heads and that Suzuki would not cover them even though they were under warranty. They told me that if I wanted to get the boat back in the water I could buy new heads at a cost to me of $5,000. I then contacted Suzuki and was told that Mill Creek had never even contacted them. Suzuki was excellent and they sent new heads right out. It still took Mill Creek another 3 weeks to assemble the new heads. It was now July, 10 MONTHS after I had dropped the boat off to them. After they assembled the heads they told me that the boat now needed another $5,100 worth of miscellaneous repairs. Having lost all confidence in them I brought the boat to another dealer who did all of the repairs for $1,900. They also found out that Mill Creek had incorrectly mounted the engine and they had put the wrong prop on it. I just got the boat back in the water after 11 MONTHS. Throughout the whole process they told me one lie after another. They wanted me to pay $5,000 for new heads because they were to lazy and incompetent to pick up the phone and call Suzuki. It is the worst experience I have ever had in over 30 years of boating.

My wife and a I purchased a 12-foot Walker Bay Odyssey Super Tender (with Hypalon fabric upgrade) five years ago. Things went smoothly up until two years ago, when I noticed a delamination spot in the Hypalon fabric (which carried a 10-year warranty). One of the rear lift handles also started to delaminate from the port tube. My wife called MSI several times, without response. When she finally did get a hold of Miles (our sales person), he asked to have images of the de-lam sent to him, which I did same day. He said he's check with Walker Bay to see if the warranty would be honored. Never heard back. When I was finally able to talk with him again, he basically said that the issue was out of his hands, but that perhaps they could pick up the RIB and store it over the winter, with the objective of seeing if they could patch the delaminating spot, and re-attach the lift handle. I decided to also have them winterize the RIB and service the engine, since they would have the boat anyway. Over the winter my wife again made several attempts to contact them to get status, without success. She finally spoke to a person who said that the work had been done and that they could deliver in the Spring. I was notified yesterday by my marina that the RIB had been delivered, but to the marina next to mine. One of the managers at my marina walked over the pick up the boat, and notified me that the MSI person who delivered it had tied it up in a slip and left the engine running! They just walked away. This morning I went down to check the RIB out. And guess what? The boat looked like it had been left outside uncovered for the winter. It was dirty, under inflated, and neither of the patches had been fixed. I don't know at this point whether they serviced the engine, as requested, but I would guess they didn't. Don't bother with these guys. They're amateurs. Also, don't count on them (or Walker Bay, for that matter) to provide any level of professional service. If I could give them no stars, I would.
