Stopped at this store right at closing time with a loaded rental moving truck whose low tire pressure sensor had just come on. I had previously tried adding air to the tire at the nearby Wawa and had only made it worse. The manager was the only one onsite but was able to quickly add air to the appropriate 75 psi and get us back on our way to South Carolina. Took my vehicle in for inspection and the tried to say my rotors needed replacing because the new brake pads were not touching the rotors. Tried to charge me 1000 dollars to replace them. Nothing about the thickness or warped rotors, just another way to get money from customers. Do not recommend this station. stay Away. read more

Brought my car in for state inspection (which is in and of itself asinine) and failed due to cracked windshield (again, asinine because the crack was on the passenger side and in no way obstructed my field of vision). Got windshield replaced and brought back for "re-inspection" only to be told it would have to go through full inspection process again because you only have 15 days to get something fixed and bring back for a $1 reinspection. This is complete nonsense since I repaired the single, only thing that failed inspection but still cannot get the sticker! They have to fully inspect other components that were already inspected....and passed! This is a complete scam and rip-off of consumers! read more

Awesome people here! Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable when I came in for a quote for tires. He even explained the likely reason for my tires wearing so quickly (spent a LOT of money at Firestone for them) and showed me where to get the correct tire pressure for my car. Will be purchasing my next set of tires here without a doubt! read more

My first few experiences with Goodyear were hesitant at first. I will attempt to chronicle them in order and explain my experiences. * 1st experience: Oil Change #1 I own a 2004 RX8 and like most RX8 owners, We have to get our oil changed at least every 3000 miles.I took my RX8 into Goodyear, and the sales clerk insisted that my car needed to have synthetic oil. I understand that most businesses need to push this sort of oil... However, When I stated to the sales clerk that my car could only use conventional oil (because of the type of engine), he looked at me like I was stupid. Typical male judgment of a female car owner. It was clear this man had no idea what he was talking about. Fast forward to later that day, I received a call from The same sales clerk who told me that they were going to put synthetic oil in my car. To his credit he apologized, and told me that I was correct. That my car, because of the type of engine, needed conventional oil. My oil was changed with no further incident and I went to pick up the car. There were no further issues. * 2nd Experience: Clutch Replacement Like most car owners that drive standard transmission cars, there comes a time when you must replace the clutch in your car. Because Goodyear boasted experience in this sort of thing, I called them up to receive a quote. After contacting them again three times with no response and no quote, I went to another place and they lost my business. This would have been a $3000 sale. I could only assume their lack of knowledge of Mazda RX8s was the reason for their non-responsiveness. * 3rd Experience: Broken Splashguard My next experience, surprisingly, was a very positive one. And it is the only reason that I am giving Goodyear two stars instead one one. The splashguard beneath my car had ripped due to a large speed bump and I was unable to remove it myself. I took it to Goodyear, because they are close and I have had a little experience with their staff. Again, surprisingly, they insisted on cutting the splashguard off of my car for free. I was shocked and very grateful. I boasted to all of my friends and family about how kind they were. Because of that, my roommate and best friend take their cars to Goodyear. I was feeling confident in their ability to service my car's needs. * 4th Experience: Oil Change #2 This is where my review ends. I will not be taking my car back to Goodyear. I took my car in for its oil change and also requested a quote on 4 new tires. I dropped my car off. After my car was finished getting its oil changed, I was given a "lecture" about why they needed to charge me the highest rate of oil change service. They stated: Because they do not regularly stock 5W-20 oil (which can be purchased for $1.39 a qt from any auto parts store), they had to "special order" my oil, and on top of that, the sales associate stated that he had to "make an extra buck". I am not kidding. This was the sales associate on shift today, Sunday, October 19th at 11:30 am. I was flabberghasted. I just looked at him and replied, "So I guess that means I should find another place to go." And he just shrugged. I couldn't believe this was the same place. It's not like I drive a freaking Bugatti. So I paid for my oil change and left. And guess what: I never got my quote on four new tires. Long story short: unless you drive an everyday car like a Honda Accord or a Ford Taurus, do not take your car to Goodyear. They will proceed to overcompensate their ignorance with more ignorance. And if you are a female who knows a thing or two about your own car, go somewhere else. Because they will use their male privilege to make you feel stupid, even if you were right all along. read more

Some amazing and extremely friendly men work here. My tire pressure was low and they put air in my tires within seconds. They did not charge me anything even if I insisted. I'll go back here to do all the next oil changes and tire services in future! read more

I had the worst experience here today! Four months ago I had to put a bran new tire on my new 2016 Arcadia SUV! At the time the person did not ask if I wanted the road hazard on the tire! Again today the same tire needed replaced! They charged me another $200 some dollars! Poor customer service! Especially as I'm the only one working in my household for about six months!! read more

I called ahead on a Sunday morning to see if they had time to fix a tire with a nail in it. The man on the phone was super friendly and said "sure, come on in!" When I got there, he was equally as friendly. It took about an hour in total but they had a vending machine and I grabbed a soda while I waited. There is also food places within walking distance. Also, as I was waiting, a woman came in who spoke no English but was having issues with her minivan. The gentleman at the desk was extremely patient with her and tried his best to be as helpful and accommodating as possible. He even located another customer who could translate for her. Frankly, it was really nice to see how eager he was to provide assistance despite the language barrier. I really appreciated the overall experience I had at this location. read more

Just when I thought GREAT customer service was a thing of the past..I have a memorable experience with Goodyear. While at work, I learned that I had a flat tire. Roadside Assistance (RA) was called, and a donut was installed. After work, I arrived at Goodyear to get the tire repaired. (RA had instructed me that I shouldn't drive more than 50 miles on the donut, and who wants to ride around with a donut on a sporty vehicle!) However, a repair wasn't possible and the exact tire was not available at Goodyear. I briefly considered a comparable tire, but common sense prevailed, and I knew I needed a matching tire. My expectation was exceeded when employee, Eric took a look online to see who else sold my tire, then called that store (a major competitor) to see if there was a tire in their stock, knowing I must buy from the competitor. WHO does that these days!!! My true objective was achieved, to ride home with a matching tire, and my opinion about "GREAT" customer service was restored.
