Completely useless. It's so frustrating because they have been coming to our place for over a year and the spider problem has not even lighten up. Very disappointed I just purchased my home and as you know when you first buy a home you start finding out issues well my issue here is a severe ant problem and I'm extremely allergic to ant sting and bites it is the same as the bee sting for me when I contacted these guys I explained this they were good at sending somebody out he came out around the 3rd of July and sprayed the outside of the house The technician told me if I see them to contact these guys and they would come back out and respray because they guarantee their products and I signed up for monthly spraying The ants started coming back in my house again last week when I contacted them they informed me they could not get a technician out here until around August 2nd and I was shocked because that would when they would normally come out for the monthly service and I said that much too the young lady on the phone and she said yeah you're right well let me ask you do you have anything with ammonia in it such as Windex you can use that to kill them I was literally shocked that she would even say that to me considering I reiterated how allergic I am to their bite and sting and all she could say is all I'm so sorry about that highly do not recommend these people read more
