They scheduled a time window for my first service from 11-1. Then got a text requesting 9-11; I agreed to the change. Then no one showed up. I called and they said they screwed up. They asked if I could abide by the first schedule of 11-1 and I requested a more specific time rather than the two hour window (since they missed the first window). TL;DR: Great pricing, excellent customer service. Thank you Encite! Early this year we had some termite issues in the home we had just purchased. I did my rounds in attaining quotes from the big termite companies, they were very expensive and told us we had other pest issues we would have to take care of when initially we just called for termite/fumigation. Ultimately I got a recommendation for Encite. At our first meeting Mike was honest and straight forward and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need, we knew we had to take our business to them. Mike confirmed what we assumed already about the other companies that they had lied to us about issues just to upsell their services. Since the fumigation we have had no issues and have since become quarterly pest control customers with Encite. Adam has been attentive to any issues we have with pest, we used to have a lot of ant issues and we no longer have those large ant infestations we would normally always expect after rain or in the summer. read more

When we first moved into our house we instantly figured out that we had quite a roach problem that developed from the previous owners. Out of all the companies we contacted Encite Pest Solutions was the best quote and promised that we could call them back any time within the first month if no changes were noticed. Our roach problem was mitigated within the first month due to Encite laying different types of poison that were selective to each part of a roaches lifespan (i.e babies - adulthood). Mike and his son Adam have gone above and beyond on helping us get rid of not only our roach problem but also other critters such as spiders, pincher bugs, and ants. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is seeking pest control services. During the pandemic, they have been extremely safe and precautious by wearing PPE at all times and minimizing the surfaces they have to touch. Very professional and respectful. I used Mike for my rental property for a couple of pest problems back in April 2018. This review is strictly based on finding rats and getting rid of them. I also used Mike to spray for bugs all around the property and he seems to have done a fine job. Mike is a good salesman, he was very quick to respond and sent out to do the work in a timely manner, and said the price was for setting up traps, adding additional outdoor traps. closing exclusions and also checking for rats for a month's period. He did not promise to get rid of all the rats by then because of circumstances that he can not control but did say he is very experienced. He emphasized that other bigger companies promise too much and don't deliver the results and stressed how good he is at his job. I like supporting small business and since Encite was quick to respond and schedule an appointment, I agreed to have the work done and also paid on time. He did tell me where the exclusions are and supposedly closed them correctly and diligently checked on the rats every week. And every week he was still able to find rats and by the month's end, we still had a problem. He then offered to set me up on a monthly plan to keep checking up on the rats until they are gone. This is when something did not feel right and I just didn't sign up for the plan and Mike and his team just simply came and took the traps away. By this time, I had to scramble to find another pest control company because I had an angry tenant phoning my management company everyday. I did find someone else and that company assessed the home and got rid of the problem in a week's time. They found the actual way the rats were getting into the home and stopped it in its tracks. This meant I waste a couple of hundred dollars with Encite. I do want to clarify, this is just for the rats, I am sure this company does good work and does provide good customer service. Other bigger companies my property management works with weren't able to get out there until two weeks later but Encite got out there quick. read more

Great service. Very easy to deal with, and the best price I was able to find for quarterly service. This is my first summer with no ants!! They spray outside for me, which I prefer because I have inside pets, but the number of inside creepy crawlies has dramatically decreased after just two treatments. They do ask you to sign an initial one-year contract, but I have no regrets. read more
