Went in to Parker School Uniforms today to get a few things for my daughters for their school uniforms. I only had a minute wait for someone to help me. The lady was very nice, smiled, and was very helpful. When they didn't have the next size up my daughter needed she was very helpful and showing me the comparison between girls sizes and junior sizes so I could decide on what would fit my daughter the best. read more

Parker has never been great to do business with but this year was an all time low. I ordered my daughter's school uniform shirts in July and had not received them by the end of September. The company completely ignored two online requests for an update. One call also yielded no updates beyond that the shirts were in a Houston warehouse and would be soon be shipped. Called again two weeks later and not only had the shirts not left the warehouse, but the woman on the phone could provide zero information as to when they would. Wanted to create yet another case file. No thanks! Order canceled. I will not be coming back. The ladies answering the phone are always nice, but completely useless in getting things done. Our school uses Parker for their uniforms. I really wish I had another choice. The website is terrible, the service is slow both online and in the store. The sizes are not consistent at all. They NEVER have the sizes we need in the store, so this year I tried to measure my kids and order online. The size charts are not available for all items and even their customer service reps on the phone were confused about choosing a size based on my measurements. When I finally decided on an order, the gift cards (which Parker donated to our school as a fundraiser) that I have are not working. The customer service rep cannot get them to work. They tell me I have to go to the store to use them. The prices are outrageous! I have spent at least 4 hours on the phone with Parker this week and still can't finish ordering. If parents had the choice to get uniforms somewhere else, this company would go out of business overnight. read more

This place has some of the worst customer service ever. They are the only place to buy my daughter's uniform and they act like it. We showed up 10 minutes after they open to be told it's an hour wait. During this time the store was it overly busy and there were several employees standing around while a couple busted their butts. I would avoid this place if you can. read more

I visited 2 stores in GA, Lawrenceville and Sandy Springs, and it is unbelievable how bad their store associates deal with customers. First, Lawrenceville store told us last week they did not deliver to customer homes anymore, big LIE! Today I placed my last order with them and it will be shipped to our house. Today also, same Lawrenceville store said they did not have plaid cross tie for NotreDame Academy, and that the Sandy springs store had it. I went there an they showed 6 in stock but they never found them, what a bad inventory control you have!!! Lucy offered a card with 25% discount, but I left to call back the Lawrenceville store to get it ordered anyway, and complain of the bad service, Abby (the worst in all this mess) said she could not give me the discount unless I went to the store, which was more than an hour away in the rush hour. Finally I said whatever! I placed the order, the last one with this low level horrible company and it will be shipped to my house. I have also reached out to the school to do everything possible to not buy from you anymore. This company really sucks! After almost 5 years buying from you I do not want to deal again with the worst company in school uniforms. Make sure you stay away from these people! read more

Parker School Uniforms continues to be the worst company that I have EVER dealt with. I only put ONE STAR because it is required to post your review, because that is way more than this business deserves. I have been waiting since August 10th for my son's uniform shirts to come in and I have called every 2-3 weeks always promised that they are on back-order and should be delivered to me in 2-3 weeks. Now here we are in October and I am sitting on hold writing this review because the store associate wanted to call me back to begin with because she didn't have access to the computer, I said "no" ~ you need to obtain access to a computer and give me some answers. My son grew 2 sizes over the summer and right now he has 1 new shirt and the rest I had to pull out of the second hand closet at the school ~ and those have been washed so much they are the same size he wore last year. I would pay double the price if we had another option on where we can purchase uniforms for our school. Coincidentally when the associate returned to the phone they had "just gotten their shipment today." Well completely contrary to what I was told and that was since I placed the order with the distribution center, they would ship directly to me from the Distribution Center. But at this point I DON'T CARE!!! I just want my son to have clothes that don't look like we don't care to buy him clothes that fit. I am going to pick up my order today...I am told it has been pulled and is waiting on me to just pick up because they charged my credit card way back in August...They better have this order ready and waiting! read more

To give this place one star is giving them too much credit. When I first went into the store, I was greeted at the door. Initially I thought this was a nice gesture. However, it was an attempt to keep me from entering. They asked if I had an appointment and I told them no. They told me due to high volume of costumer service, I needed an appointment. I was the ONLY customer in the shop. Another associate stated I could be helped. They did not have one of the shirts that was needed. It was ordered online and I was told it would be delivered to my home before the 1st day of school. We are 3 weeks into the school year, and I've yet to receive it. I have called and was told it would be delivered in a week. Not what I was promised and I received the "oh well" response. The other shirt I purchased is damaged. My child needs to wear this shirt until the other one is delivered. I have called several times and no one answers the phone. I have left a message for the manager and never received a call back. I went online and requested a text from an associate. The wait time increased to 92 minutes within 15 minutes prior to closing time. Let's be real, I was never going to receive a response. I'd rather pay more money with an embroidery company than deal with Parker and their poor quality of clothes and crappy costumer service. read more
