I cannot shout the praises loud enough for this family owned/operated business. Tires plus not only quoted me higher prices but also told me things needed fixed that didn't. They had me scared to even drive my car. I took it to Parkers. My bill at tires plus would have been 1500 and that didn't include labor. I almost cried when Adam called me telling me he found nothing wrong with my brakes (Tires Plus said master cylinder was gone) and he fixed the front axle, checked everything and my out the door price was $383! Parkers Is AMAZING! My whole family brings their cars here. They are honest and get the job done fast. I brought in my old beat up car and said lay it to me straight what all do i need done for this thing to be like new. Kenneth ran through a whole list of things down to thw windshield wipers, I was looking at thousands of dollars but then he said BUT heres the important things to get her to run like a champ he narrowed down the list, prioritized it for me, and gave me an unbelievable price! $1000 for all of my brakes to get fixed, fix a oil leak, do an oil change, and 4 brand new tires w/ the alignment . while the brakes alone would normally cost 300. Although I do only have a 93 Nissan Altima i still really appreciate the caring attitude because he could have just sent me on my way with my $6000 bill. He knew what i needed and now hes a family favorite. read more

I had a good experience here prior to my last. My last visit was to have some work done to determine significant vibration in my 4 runner. Lots of work was performed and billed. When I went to pick up my vehicle 2 days later the vibration was unchanged. I had to involve the owner to get results. He determined that the drive shaft had to be re-worked. Another $200.00 after it had been returned to me as fixed. I also asked them to evaluate the power antenna to determine if it was worth repairing. That cost me $20.00 for them to take a look and leave it in it's original "broken" condition. I can get that level of service at the dealership and it's much closer to me. read more

Let me tell you a story about the honest guys at Parkers. In 2007 I brought my 99 Suburban to them because it was having intermittent starting problems where the engine would spin, but not catch. I was told that I had a "dead spot" in my fuel pump and they had seen this issue with many Suburbans. They replaced my fuel pump at a cost of $600. About 2 months later, the problem happened again only this time I was out of town and had to be towed in to another mechanic. This mechanic determined that my starting problem was in fact caused by the ignition switch having a bad contact. He replaced the ignition switch and to date, the car has never had another starting issue until about 3 weeks ago. This time the problem was caused by the fuel pump going out. Now the problem I have here is that when the fuel pump was removed from the fuel tank on this repair, it was obvious from the condition that the fuel pump had never been replaced. So basically the "honest" guys at Parkers billed me $600 for a repair they never did, but claimed to have done. Kenneth Parker lied to my face and told me that this repair had been done, but he figured that since he only warranties his work for 6 months that my fuel pump probably wouldn't fail in that time period. So basically they were incapable of properly diagnosing a problem on a 99 Suburban, couldn't re-create the problem, and decided to bill me for an unnecessary repair, which they didn't do and my car sat there for a week while they did nothing on it and basically billed me a $600 storage fee. Don't let these guys rip you off, because they will. And I've got the old fuel pump to prove it, along with the receipt where I had to get this work done again. read more
