I contacted AAA twice, and both times, they confirmed the problem was not with the battery but the alternator. Contrary to what Five Forks later claimed, AAA never installed a battery in my vehicle they only provided jump starts. I ultimately had to take my vehicle to a certified Dodge dealership, where a full inspection revealed the alternator had been improperly installed. According to their official report, this incorrect installation caused significant damage, including failure of the fuse box and unnecessary battery drain. As a result of this negligent repair, I incurred over $3,000 in losses including: Unnecessary parts (over $300 worth) purchased based on misdiagnosis Rental vehicle expenses Lost wages Additional repair costs to fix what Five Forks should have done right the first time I provided all documentation to the shop including Dodge's findings and a video showing the issue and gave them an opportunity to resolve this fairly. Instead of owning the mistake, they tried to deflect blame to AAA, despite clear evidence to the contrary. This has been a frustrating and financially draining experience. I am now pursuing legal remedies, including small claims court, due to the lack of accountability and proper customer care. I strongly advise others to avoid this shop. When something goes wrong, you deserve a mechanic who stands by their work not one who blames other parties and leaves you to deal with the damage!

I had this shop repair my AC in September 2025 and experienced a strange issue where the AC would not turn on when the car was parked on hot days. I garage park my car so I rarely experienced the issue. With this hot weather recently the issue regularly appeared. I took it in as I had a two year warranty. After having the car for half a day they insisted nothing was wrong. They begrudgingly agreed to test again. After a few hours of the car parked in the hot sun, they saw the problem. They subsequently told me the Freon and PAC oil was way out of specs and I needed an evac and recharge. The problem is they were the only people to touch the AC and last to evac/recharge. When I explained this, they stated it was my fault as I must have had someone else work on it. I told them no one else but them worked on it. They said that is impossible. I pointed out how it could happen and they said even if they did make a mistake the Freon is not covered under warranty. When they originally fixed my AC they had issues and had to install a second compressor. Yet they stated they don't make mistakes. Customers vote with their wallet and they lost this customer of several years who has spent thousands on various services. Shame on you Grayson Tire & Automotive, do better. I will no longer recommend them on this platform.

As you can see from the before photos, that obviously did not happen. They made it worse. I called up MMT Eurotech for a quote on what it would cost to fix my unfortunate mistake. Marvin was very professional, reassured me that not only are these scams very common, but that he would take care of it and make it look like nothing ever happened. He was able to do it for a very fair and reasonable price, much lower than your average dealer or even Maaco. My car was in and out in about 3 days, and from the after pictures you can see that it definitely looks like new. He even went to the nearby gas station to get me a bit of gas when he noticed my tank was on empty. What a great experience, Marvin I can't thank you enough!
