Update: I reached…read moreback out to them and got to talking to Justin (he's normally the one who I deal with). He immediately got me in for another appointment and made it his personal mission to diagnose my ac again. He even went as far as getting the team to take the system apart piece by piece and was able to solve the mystery on why my Freon was leaking and found that yes in fact I had zero Freon in the car (as I Suspected last week). He contacted me numerous times throughout the day to keep me updated. We're both hoping this is time we figured out the solution but he also schedule me in for another follow up in a couple weeks to ensure what we thought was the fix is really the fix and to make sure no additional leaking happens.
