Fred stated he would complete the work in four days. He started late and two weeks later he claimed he was done after failing to answer calls or texts during the two weeks. I did not live in the area so it made it that much more difficult. Fred barely completed twenty five percent of the job and the work he did do needed to be fixed as it was not correct as agreed upon. He continues to ignore my calls and texts around the poor work he did and money I paid him. Zero communication, poor workmanship, and an incomplete job I had to pay someone else to fix.
