After my complaint, I was called and was told they are not responsible for irrigation that is not located, marked or identified. On the estimate, there is a place for an initial where I assume the owner acknowledges this caveat. My estimate is not initialed. The drip line is visible in the pine straw throughout the bed, but it was not marked with flags. The restoration of the beds will cost me more than what I paid to have the trees removed. Lesson learned.

When the team leader came to take the tree down he informed they would not be putting the fence back. Now mind you they were aware I board dogs at my home and this would leave me in a vulnerable position. Said team leader couldn't care less. He just moved the fencing breaking some of it also, off to the side. They also left deep ruts where the fencing was to go. The arrogance of the team leader never ended. It included debris removal and grinding stumps. He came out the following week and had it mostly done in a few hours. He had three large trucks with a trailer for debris, bobcat and a driveable lift.
