I'm located in NorCal but Jon made it happen by booking a flight basically the next day upon the sale agreement. Communicated with me through the entire process which was comforting to know that this was real and that I could trust him. Unlike going through a dealership, this process was made extremely easy and almost effortless. Explained all the docs I was signing, allowed an opportunity for me to retain copies of the docs, and made the whole transaction super smooth. The engine was running, but the truck wouldn't move. We pulled over to the shoulder of a very busy highway and started calling tow companies--most quoted a four-hour wait due to the holiday weekend. Then we reached A2Z Towing. What a difference! Despite being busy, they quoted just a one-hour wait--and showed up even sooner. Not only were we driving an extremely large truck, but we were also towing a trailer loaded with a Polaris, which meant we needed an exceptionally large tow rig to handle the job.
