We stopped for a late lunch/early dinner and we both had brisket and baked beans. My husband also had classic pulled pork and I had mac and cheese. Everything was good, but the beans were especially delicious! I tried a sample of the apple slaw and it wasn't what I was expecting. The only thing I could really taste was the apples, no seasoning/dressing was pronounced, so we passed on that. The barbecue sauce was slightly spicy - not bad, just not what we are used to. We always like trying the local BBQ wherever we go. We ate outside since we had our pup and it was comfortable. The staff were accommodating and very friendly. read more

As I said, I returned during my next work trip to Harve and returned to Parker's to try the beef since the pork was not good at all. This time I tried the 3 meat plate with turkey, burnt ends and sausage with baked beans and muffins. I do not like leaving negative reviews but other than the muffins..... this was a swing and a miss. The meat was over seasoned and zero smoke from any BBQ pit. The beans were tough and nothing special. I stand by my original review that the muffins were the best part of the meal. If the folks of Harve think this is good BBQ, ya'all need to get out more. I will not return for another try on my next business trip..... sorry! read more

I can't say enough about this place. They really wowed me. Passing through town and needed a lunch break after six hours on the road with my dog. Gave them a call and Robert was great in helping me out so we could eat out on the patio. The brisket had a great smoke ring and was very tender. The burnt ends were tasty if a bit fatty, which my dog appreciated. The mac & cheese was the best I've had in a long time and the apple slaw was spot on and really cut the fattiness. I look forward to stopping by again sometime. read more

Listen, I'm from Texas and I have to tell you this brisket is great! More surprisingly the turkey is amazing! I usually don't order turkey but they let me try it and I had to have it. The baked potato salad was awesome as well! Great atmosphere, great food, and the staff was happy to help! read more

We stopped here last year on our migration. It is still 5 stars this year. I had the skinny pig and hubby had ribs and pork. Delicious! I like the green apple slaw. Plenty of parking, easy access, plenty of seating, clean and friendly staff. They do run out of items so go earlier if you have your heart set on something. Highly recommend. read more

Wow, best BBQ on Highway 2!! Wife and I stopped for a quick bite, ordered the two meat platter with Mac and Cheese as side. Brisket is outstanding! The ribs are decent, but the brisket stole the show. Mac and Cheese is good. Staff is great. read more

You walk in and are warmly greeted. You order at the counter and there are many menu options. I had the pulled pork with original sauce, topped with coleslaw and my side was the potato salad. Everything was delicious! Service was great also. We will definitely be back when in Havre. read more

Food was good. Tried a shredded pork sandwich with slaw and a brisket taco. Unless I missed something I didn't see any sauces. The sandwich was fine but the taco could have used something- and it had too much fat. Service is cafeteria style - you order, pay, sit down. Not unfriendly but not welcoming. The place has the feel of an old garage but I think it was built to look that way. Clean interior and plenty of seating. read more

Disappointed. Cold food. Small portions. In their defense I came in a 2:00pm, well past lunch hour but I would expect that they would have some way of keeping the food warm. The flavor of the meat was good. The Mac and cheese side was one big glob of congealed cheese and pretty flavorless. I told the guy that I was hungry so he recommended the two meat plate. For $19.00 I would've expected twice as much meat. read more

The BBQ pork sandwiches here are great and service is fast. I've yet to have anything here that is bad actually from the mac and cheese to the sandwiches, nothings been short of good. If your in town I definitely recommend checking this place out. Plus it's one of the few places in town that actually has a atmosphere. read more

We stopped by for lunch on our journey to Glacier NP. Food was terrific. (I had the smoked turkey and it was tender and delicious.) Parkers is a great spot off Hwy 2 in Havre. Pick your meat and sides then sit down and enjoy a number of sporting events on their 7 TVs. Very friendly service and fantastic meal! Will absolutely eat here again! read more

Go here. I stopped here for a late lunch. I did the small plate w/ Brisket/Carolina pork as my choices. The brisket was perfect. Heavily seasoned rind with butter soft fat layer and a nice bite to the meat. You don't see vinegar heavy sauces in Montana too often so I had to try the Carolina style pork and I wasn't let down. Sweetness was left at the door and a vinegar heavy sauce brought me to the exact flavor profile I was hoping for. I feel like a teenager again because I'm waking up from a wet dream and need a new set of pants. Go here ya idiot. read more

We to Parker's BBQ after a trip to the Havre Underground and railroad museum. It was good. They have daily specials including weekends and I had the Not- Cho- daddys nacho plate with 2 oz of brisket for $10. It was very good and filling. Lots of cheese which I loved. Hubby helped me finish them, it was a good amount of nachos. Hubby had the porky pig. Which is lays potato chips topped with brisket, baked beans and green apple cole slaw. Then he had a side of mac and cheese. He said it was very good. The atmosphere was very unique as well. It is in an old gasoline station. They had old pictures of the gas station on the wall. Serve soda and beer as well. The place is veteran owned and gives 10% off to military, police and 1st responders. Very cool I thought!! Service was quick, you order at the counter and is served when you pay at the other end of the counter. They take credit cards and you can add a tip at the end. Would recommend if in Havre and looking for BBQ. read more

The brisket tasted like nothing. Sure it was tender but had absolutely no smoke or rub seasoning to it at all. When your "pig" meal that's advertised as 4 different meats only has three different meats, and the best tasting meat on the tray is turkey, there's a problem. Definitely a must stop for any foodie traveling through Havre. We went for lunch in between hockey games, then decided to come back to grab more for dinner on the road. Great staff and service. The minute you walk through the door your senses will thank you. I'd show you a picture of our great meals but we didn't even leave a bite! Highly recommend, excellent quality meal. read more

I'm usually disappointed with sides at BBQ joints. Not the case here. Not only was the BBQ amazing, the sides were equally as impressive. If you love REAL Mac n Cheese, this is probably the best I've ever had. We had the brisket, ribs, and smoked turkey. All top notch! read more
