No joke, I saw two of them sitting and playing on their phones in the hour I was there and trying to get my order to continue to be completely fulfilled. The entire hour. Why that is tolerated, I have no guess. They were young and the young these days are usually into socialism, so perhaps they felt entitled and that their paychecks are welfare. They are receiving three stars from me on the quality of the work alone. (The older workers who actually *did* work.) I have heard through word-of-mouth that they often jettison some customers' orders over others' and that is irritating, to say the least. Unprofessional. And that prices are changed according to however much one is believed to be worth financially. I heard that personally when the owner, Billy Boyd, answered the phone. He told them: "That the price is different for you," etc. "I can charge you less..." Again, unprofessional. I sincerely miss Parker being in control of the business end of this company. Also, they no longer appear to do window tinting, or at least, not daily.
