Former employee. Terrible terrible wholesaler company to work for and do business with. They will…read moredump you after 12+ years of employment with no thought or consideration whatsoever. Warehouse management are all former military personnel who will work you to the bone for unfair minimum wage, but they can afford to fly warehouse manager Andrew Yarem back and forth to Florida every single weekend. You will get made to feel bad for every bit of PTO or sick time you take. Often witnessed longtime employees get harassed by receiving manager Amber Legezdeh. You will not be set up for success at this job in any way shape or form. Half their stuff is bootleg and filthy. If a product is covered with mold and they think they can get away with selling it to you, they will. Would never recommend doing business with them.

I tried to order a strida bike from their website; they are the only authorized strida dealer in the US. Their inventory on their website is completely inaccurate, as I found out the hard way. I placed an order for a strida bike only to receive a notice from Paypal a few days later that my payment had been refunded. I didn't receive any correspondence from "Quality" Toys regarding this transaction. I repeatedly called and emailed them to find out why it had been cancelled, since their website said they had the product in stock. I never received a phone call or email response. I ended up placing an order with Canada West for the same bike, and they were very easy to deal with. I strongly recommend against ordering ANYTHING from this company. They are dishonest and unresponsive to customer requests.

Placed an online order with Qualitytoys.com. Four days later I received an email from them stating…read morethat the products were backordered and that they had voided the credit card transaction and cancelled the order. Several times over the next few weeks, I went to their website and filled my basket with the exact same items, and found that I could place orders all day long for the exact same items. They do NOT show out of stock, back ordered, or anything of the sort. Why take orders for products that you do not have? I am not sure what the problem is with Quality Toys, but it is annoying to think that your order is on its way to you, only to have to be advised several days later that it has been cancelled.

I went inside and spoke with the owner, who had just opened the shop. The first thing I noticed was how nice, neat, organized, and clean everything was. There's a semi-private room with about four or five tables, and there's also another space in the back that can fit a few more. The store has game shelving on wheels, and the owner explained that he set it up that way so he can move things around to fit groups of tables as needed. Tonight I came back with my friends for our game night. We usually get together about once a month at local cafes or other places and play games. Some of us brought food to eat, and others bought snacks and drinks that were available at the shop. We had a group of 13 people, and it was such a fun time tonight! The owner set up two tables for us in the back, just like I requested, so we had our own private area. He allowed us to play at the shop without a charge, since it's a new place. We all felt like this was such a kind gesture. Most of us actually decided to contribute some cash since we were there for a few hours. We also all bought drinks and snacks to help support the shop (like I mentioned earlier). We felt the snacks were a good variety of healthy (like organic trail mix) and junk food (like Doritos) and this would be good for a range of people's tastes. Later on, we split into smaller groups and played different games at other tables in the shop. One of the things I really loved was how we could move the tables around or choose to sit in the semi-private room. The couple who owned the store was so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I loved how the owner mentioned that he disinfects the tables and chairs regularly, and the bathroom was neat, with plenty of paper towels and even toilet seat covers. I've visited other game stores in different parts of New Jersey, and some were not as clean as this one. I love to play games, but I don't usually buy them. While we were there, some of my friends saw games they were interested in. There is a nice selection of games from family friendly ones to more adult- oriented ones. Everyone had a good time and loved the fun atmosphere. The owner also mentioned they'll be hosting tournaments and events in the future. This new game shop is just a great place to visit, hang out with friends, play games, and maybe even find something new to buy.

The prices were insanely reasonable and the kids had a wonderful time. I cannot recommend this amazing business enough! They offer classes, clubs, and a great place to hang out for kids and families. What a wonderful place to have in our community!

Very clean very modern! Wife had to do some returns here recently and get some infamil baby formula…read moreand she was in a door out in a flash! She flew through customer service with her returns, got the formula and was out in under 10 minutes. She said staff was super helpful! This is definitely a newer store, it feels much more modern and cleaner than most! They have a big parking lot, and it's always busy inside. Other than that it's a typical target with the same prices that you'd expect from your local one. Other than it feeling more modern, and them having the formula, no reason to come here if you have a closer one!
