After spending over a thousand dollars for a brand new rv furnace a few years back, it quit…read moreworking; had them come and service it in November and it cost me almost another thousand for a bad wire in furnace itself, they First looked and rewired my new thermostat; I had them check my hot water heater because it won't heat on electric, just propane, he worked on it and said it was fine now...he Brought my new propane lines because I had a minor smell of propane but he brought the wrong ones, he said he would be back with the correct ones around 5, he had mentioned earlier that my water pump bowl had a crack in it and could flood my cabin, he said it was only $19, I said yes bring it back with you when you bring the correct propane lines and definitely fix it because I had some water coming in under my kitchen sink (which I showed and told him even before he came out).. needless to say after he returned at 5, he was only here for 5 minutes and rushing to leave and said everything was done...$702.00 later, no electric hot water heater working at all; no bowl replaced on water pump (leaks even worse) and my ac thermostat that he rewired will not work on high cool and I'm sitting in direct sun...ive been waiting 5 weeks on a promise of no shows and excuses, my fifth wheel cost $35,000 used 5 years ago and a person should get there moneys worth but since I refused to pay a $250 show up fee, they will not help me even thou they are at fault, I've called around 20 times since November and waited on them since 8am today to show up finally only to be disrespected and juggled around on the phone, I get blown off on a weekly basis by there Mgr Bobby' I called and talked with Bobby , (Mgr )and said to call again on Monday morning continuously several times in a row

As a result we had no hot water. We had three weeks left of our trip and we called 3R RV Service for help. They took us in within three hours and solved the problem. Larry, a rider himself, was excellent in helping me secure a bike with the correct straps and methodology, which doesn't seem like much but one wrong move can cost you thousands if your bike falls in transport. While I was on his lot, I noticed a trailer that was priced right. After he had taken about 40 minutes with me to get my bike supported on my current trailer I asked to see his trailer. I had to ask as he was not pushy at all and I was impressed with his knowledge and attitude. He was well educated in all aspects of his profession. Upon leaving his dealership that day, I then made a call to where I had gotten my current trailer and traded it back to them and procured the Stealth enclosed Aluminum trailer from Desoto Trailer Sales . Larry went over a sheet of information at delivery of the Stealth and had the trailer prepped for me upon my arrival. Mark and Darren, his mechanics even fabricated a few parts to help with securing my bike chock to the floor of the new unit. If you are looking for a professional staff with excellent pricing and will even provide their cell phone number for direct contact, then Larry and his team should warrant your consideration. (I can't speak to the one that is currently across from Six Flags) Anyway, he's always been fair, honest and able to fix any issue I've had. I followed him from Eureka to Staunton, even when I moved away from Eureka up to Chesterfield. To me, the customer service and knowing that my camper was in good hands and was going to be fixed properly, is worth the drive. This last fix took longer than usual but I believe they are dealing with finding good employees. I am hoping that the situation improves and that he is able to stay in business.
