Stewart and his team treated us like friends right from the start, were genuinely kind, extremely professional and had us fixed up back on the road in a flash! If we lived in town this would be the only place we would go for service or a new RV because of how trustworthy and personable everyone was. I'd highly recommend them! We wished we lived closer so we could always go to New World RV! Conveniently located right off the highway too!

At this time there was snow and ice on the ground and we were unable to inspect the RV for a few days. Once we did, we found that the work was not good. It looked like they had busted the roof rails, there were gaps in the seal around the skylights and along the front. We notified Open Roads and they said to bring it back in and they would make it right. They had our RV for 2.5 more months. This time when we picked it up, they admitted that they had broken the roof rails previously and that they were replaced this time. Everything appeared to be fixed. Then 2 months later after several weeks of rain, we noticed that the shower had water in it. When we investigated, we found that the skylight had not been sealed at all. While Open Roads has been friendly and helpful, I am not secure with their work. My camper is only 2 years old.

We had the BEST experience at Kris Willis RV thanks to Robbie, Haley, and Mark!…read more After speaking on the phone extensively with Robbie and Haley, we drove 12 hours from Florida to work with them instead of a local dealer. They had great pricing, they were incredibly honest, and willing to help us at every turn. The real selling point for me was when I had just returned from the local dealer and discussed extended service plans. The other dealer kept trying to convince me I needed $6,000 in service plans. When I asked specific questions and read over the actual service contracts line by line, I realized that - quite frankly - it was complete crap and barely covered anything (unless, of course, I happened to damage my RV due to an earthquake *eyeroll*). The next day I called Robbie to ask him what service plans they offer as a test (sorry Robbie, haha!). He passed with flying colors when he told me that they didn't endorse any extended warranty plans because the existing manufacture warranties cover quite a bit (as he explained the number of years on each part) and that most of the extended warrianties have odd terms and circumstances where they don't cover common occurrences. Yaaaaas! Exactly what I wanted to hear! When it came to the details of getting payment situated before we arrived, Haley was an absolute dream with which to work. She answered all of our questions in advance and was incredibly organized and efficient. I think the entire transaction took a total of five minutes when we finally arrived. (Not to mention, she provided EXCELLENT restaurant recommendations when we finally arrived in Dexter, Missouri.) Once we arrived at Kris Willis RV, Mark was incredibly helpful in teaching us the ins and outs of our new RV (even while contending with our two dogs who would not stop trying to cuddle with Mark the entire lesson). In addition to RV maintenance, he may secretly be a dog whisperer. On top of all of this, after our first night in a nearby campground we had a few questions and both Mark and a Robbie came to our campsite to help us out! WHAT SERVICE! Later that week, after they knew we were camping our way back to Florida, they called periodically to check in on us and make sure we didn't have any other questions. I can't imagine any other dealer going above and beyond like that! I can't say enough great things about Kris Willis RV and the amazing staff - especially Robbie, Haley, and Mark. It was such a good feeling to buy from you all, and I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is in the market for an RV give them a visit or a call!

I took my camper for a full inspection prior to heading to Louisiana for hurricane relief work…read more Josh assured me they had checked every appliance. Paid $355. Arrived and hooked up the water....massive leak in back of the camper. I had to dry camp the 18 days. Returned the camper to Bourbon RV for repair with the assurance there would be no labor charges due to them missing the leak. The water heater was the source of the leak. This refuted the statement that "all appliances were in working order". Prior to picking up the camper, Josh assured me that he had personally checked everything including the tires. When I picked it up, there were labor charges on my bill. Josh removed them at my insistence. I paid close to $1200. On my way to do hurricane relief in Georgia, there is an issue with the tires?! I've been stuck here 6 days while a repair shop worked on it. Three out of four tires were not seated tightly on the axle, and were 18 lbs lower than prescribed?! All this to say that the lack of integrity and good service at Bourbon RV is shocking. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
