Everything was very smooth and the logistics & price were very good for the quality & convenience of service. A crew of 3 loaded the truck, & with our house having 3 levels I was glad the movers were young and strong guys. On the receiving end they had 2 movers to unload, but it was much easier in Florida with a 1 level home. All in all they were professional & efficient. From the start, everything was handled the way it should be. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and I was able to get everything set up without wasting time or jumping through hoops. No confusion, no runaround, just straightforward service. Customer service here is on a completely different level. I was treated with respect, not talked over, and every question I had was answered professionally. That alone made a huge difference compared to what I dealt with elsewhere. David, who helped me, was outstanding. As a fellow military veteran, I really appreciated his professionalism, respect, and the way he carried himself. This is a very secure process and prevented the need for me to personally be on-site when the UPS truck would arrive. The facility is slightly older but clean and well maintained. No issues with water or pests in the 5+ years I maintained a unit at this location. Good value for the unit size, too.
